I have ordered an earring
I have ordered an earring. The item got stuck at the post office as the merchant did not use priority mail. The merchant also did not get involved in following up with USPS regarding the delay. Instead, the merchant sent me an email back after a few days to say that it is the problem with my local post office and that I should inform her about what happened. Also, the Shop pay that I am using would not intervene. It has been more than 2 weeks and I have not received the item within USA that I have paid for. I would be careful buying from a merchant that is so irresponsible and who is totally not concerned that her customers got stressed up with not receiving what they have paid for.
