Not all heroes wear capes some arrive in heating engineer vans. Mark responded at short notice on a bank holiday weekend. We had no hot water and family coming to stay. It was tricky job but Mark stayed and got us back up and running. Better than it had been in ages and followed up to check all ok. Had a problem with my boiler, rang up MBA plumbing, spoke to a guy called Basharat, supplied him the make and model of the boiler yesterday, today Mr Basharat rang to say the part is here, and that he can come and fix it, and I said yes please!!! 😁

Bash, is the ultimate professional plumber. He responds quickly with insight and foresight to all of my questions. He came to replace my pressure reducing valve and expansion valve ...which had been giving me a leaking issue.
His work was thorough and professional. He replaced the parts and made sure all the seals were secured and checked that there were no further leakages.

Excellent service at a very fair price
He managed to fix the failing power transformer in the control panel of my Worcester Greenstar junior without having to install a new one in around 90 minutes. And only wanted to charge me an absolute minimum for his time.
Bash came to do a boiler service - within 5 minutes of arrival, he had checked the gas pressure and the visit had escalated to an emergency meter replacement and a seek and destroy mission for a serious gas leak. I was at risk of having the gas supply cut-off which was not an exciting prospect in January! Bash stayed way beyond his allotted time to find and cap the leak, leaving me with functioning heating. Very pleased with his can-do attitude, his unfailing politeness and his professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
