Lovely environment

Very polite & helpful sale staff.answered all my questions in depth.gave a in-depth tour around mayfield.covered all process of buying a apartment and facilities available as a member.

Gordon explained everything well and showed us around all the facilities, which were very impressive and exceeded our expectations. The flats are well laid out and a good size. We were told there was a care team on hand which is essential for our requirements. The communal areas are light and area and easily accessible, especially for those with disabilities. Reception area very easy to access. The annual service charges are reasonable but the kicker is in the rear end charges - on resale mayfield take up to 30% of sale after 7 years. This I feel is not justified and put a shadow over the deal. This should be reviewed

Kirsty who showed me around was very friendly and explained everything in great length answering any questions I had asked her with lots of knowledge about Mayfield. She showed me around Heron House and all the facilities and then took me over to Kingfisher Court to show me two properties. I really loved everything and would be very happy living there

Came with an open mind. Met by Ollie. He showed us around & answered all our questions. Very impressed. Now we’ve got to make a decision about our future.

Ollie perfect at explaining everything. He was very professional and really happy to show us everything we asked for. Could not fault the attention given 2 us. Mayfield is very interesting and somewhere we could find a very nice life. Have our eye on an apartment. We working out when we can move forward not if .

An excellent tour of the grounds, facilities and apartments! Everything was clearly explained by Ollie in a calm and clear way

We were looking ahead to our future,so needed some ideas as to what was on offer.We were delighted with the facilities but found the showflat too small for us,understanding there were other flats available.Claire was a superb host and made us feel very comfortable.We may well be back again

Oli was great. He was very helpful and explained in detail about Mayfield Villages. We had a better understanding. The place is very airy and nice with all the facilities. It was lovely to look around.

Writing on behalf of a friend who has just moved in: Kirsty and the sales team have been beyond exceptional from start to finish. If I could give it beyond 5 stars. I would do! I have mainly dealt with Kirsty throughout the process, which started just over a year ago. Kirsty is incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and personable. She made me feel very welcome and at ease from my first visit and nothing was ever too much trouble. She always responded to my calls and emails within hours and if she wasn't at work, someone else in the sales team would respond. It was due to Kirsty and our initial interaction that I decided to proceed with the purchase of the flat at Mayfield Village in Watford.
I moved in a few days ago and the welcome service has also been exceptional. The welcome meeting with Nick, the general manager was friendly, informative and provided me with all the necessary, essential detail and Mark and Jack from the facility and maintenance team have also been amazing.
I'm so pleased with my decision and I look forward to starting the next chapter of my life in this wonderful complex. Thank you

Ollie was welcoming, knowledgeable, interested in our situation and helpful, giving us plenty of this time. It was a pleasant meeting and it was good to see all the residents we came across being obviously very happy about living there. We were shown an apartment and were altogether impressed with everything we saw.

Watford is a great place.

Kirsty did not have all details available - particularly about resales.

It would be useful if details showed "sq feet"

Need more information about available apartments. On-line only show a few apartments out of those available.
