The fitter team Kevin,Chris and Jamie turned up on time and continued to work so hard throughout the time here installing 12 windows and 2 doors an excellent job was done during the 3 days it had taken.
The team did an excellent job along the way cleaning up and explaining anything I needed to know.
A very good experience and would not hesitate in recommending Mayfair and their team.

Investing in windows, whilst exciting, is also expensive and initially you are always concerned about something going wrong. From day one we have been impressed and reassured by Mayfair and we would highly recommend them. Aaron who initially made contact with us was never pushy and was in fact extremely helpful in answering my initial questions. Immediate communication with head office was efficient and welcoming throughout the process. Dan as the sales representative was again superb not just in sharing the product but also in advising us what was best for our house and cost effective
Everything was organised and set up quickly and we literally only had to wait four weeks for installation

I know very little about windows. Dan came out and went through everything with me. Giving me the best options and answering even my silly questions. He was easy to contact and saw me through my very anxious decision making process. At all times ensuring I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Thank you Dan!

Excellent service from start to finish. Dan was extremely friendly and understanding when going through quotes with us. The process has been quick and straight forward.
Installation was done over two days by John and Tom, what a team!
John and Tom were professional, hard working and so friendly. Despite it being Tom’s first day he was hard working and enthusiastic.
John is a very good trainer and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble!

Fantastic experience from start to finish with my installation of some new windows highly recommend this company

August 22 Mayfair took my deposit of £1,250.00 windows and doors were supposed to be fitted 14th October 22 this did not happen as apparently one widow didn’t arrive. They blamed to manufacture… Windows and doors actually fitted Nov 22 .. 3 months after taking my deposit. The sliding doors were fitted in lopsided which caused them to stick halfway. The fitter said it would free up with use, (it didn’t) I phoned to arrange for someone to come out and have a look. They sent a surveyor and he confirmed the doors would have to come out and be refitted. That was months ago. Then nothing. Not a call or email. So I emailed the manager on 21/10/22 and my email was never answered. I rang the company again and was told they would send the surveyor out. I said he had already been out and the doors needed refitting.. But they sent the same man out to look at the same problem.. that was a month ago and I’m still waiting. My certificates never arrived from fensa so I rang them direct and they said my windows and doors had never been registered and I needed to get back in touch with Mayfair which I did, I was told that it was down to the long delay at fensa.. (A lie they hadn’t done the paperwork)
So I asked them could they please sort it. Strangely enough my certificate came a week later. Although it does state I had 3 windows and 3 doors which is incorrect. Not sure whose mistake that is. Would I use this company again ? That would be a big fat NO .. i have emails that have been ignored and text still on my phone unanswered. I very rarely leave reviews especially one that isn’t good. I’ve given them plenty of time to sort the issue. It coming up a year now. Maybe now someone will call me once they have read this.. this is a true and honest statement. Mrs G Hollands

Ryan Excell who fitted my new front door was a friendly and competent person. He was tidy and finished in a good time. I was very pleased with how the door was finished and the new door looked great. Ryan explained how to look after the door and to use it clearly.

Mayfair listened to what we wanted and delivered. Polite, hard working and very tidy. Very Happy with our bi folds. Would highly recommend .

I had my windows and a back door fitted by Mayfair Installations I couldn’t happier with the quality of the products and how quick it got fitted from signing the contract. Great deal with the sales and then was kept updated by Bonnie the lady in the office. Would definitely recommend and would always come back for anything else I need doing.
