To start the first agent either could not or would not answer simple questions about pricing and or services. Then needed to transferred to another agent that was able to answer most of the questions. However "Their selling point was the 50% discount." Which is not really a discount and is only bringing down the inflated price to the stated standard price. Then after being transferred again. I was directed to the pricing page where there are the listed plans all showing the monthly price and what the plan includes. I was then directed to the second page of the pricing plans which showed greater monthly payment discounts based on the length of the service plane.. all well and good.. then comes the old switch a roo. As I was to find out there are no monthly payment plans available as advertised and the only way to pay for the plan is on hugely over priced singly payment. ONLY A FOOL WOULD PAY 100% UP FRONT FOR ANY KNID OF SERVICE PRODUCT. Please note that a copy of this is also being placed on "Trust Pilot"
