Awful! Ordered a sim that doesn’t work. They refunded me and told me to re-order, so I did this and it still doesn’t work. The customer service is emails so please do this in advance as the replies are so slow and unhelpful. Would never use them again.

Maya worked better than other apps…
Maya worked better than other apps until I changed my Iphone11 by a brand new Iphone 17. Since the old one used physical SimCard and the new one an eSIM it is not allowed to transfer eSIM for used plans. Maya refounded me not used plans so it seems to me that MAYA works ethically.

This is a very dishonest company
This is a very dishonest company. I do not recommend them to anyone! The website says that you activate the card at home and it will only start working abroad. This is a lie. It already started counting down at home. When we mentioned this to customer service, they did not respond. We were left with SIM cards that were paid for abroad but were unusable. I do not recommend them to anyone.

To clarify, we do recommend installing the eSIM at home before travelling so everything is ready when you arrive. However, the eSIM should remain switched off, with data roaming turned off, until you reach your destination. Installing the eSIM does not by itself start the validity period. The eSIM activates when it connects to a supported network.
We’re sorry if our instructions were unclear or if your experience differed from this. We’d be happy to look into what happened with your specific eSIM and address any issues that may have prevented you from using your service abroad.
