I ordered a dashcam and 16 GB SD card for a Christmas present but the SD card didn’t arrive I have send three emails but they have not acknowledged them.i would not order from this company I ordered mine through Wowcher

Ordered two dash cams through livingsocial. First one ordered in November arrived within 5 working days. Well packaged included 32gb memory card, although I thought I only ordered the 18, so a bonus. Ordered the second one Tues 10th Dec and it should be delivered by Monday, with tracking. Delivery to Ireland.

Cowboys is the only way to describe this company. Ordered via gogroopie and 38 days later nothing despite it being a 5 day guaranteed delivery.

They have refused emails by myself and gogroopie (just as bad though).

They also sell under maxwe via Amazon and Wowcher not sure who else.

Have threatened legal action if I dont get my momney back within 24 hours.

This is thief people rubbish not honest..I never got my money back scamer RUBBISH..

Ordered a dash cam and SD card through Wowcher. Camera arrived but no SD card. Chased Maxwe who assured me it was on its way but was late due to a warehouse move. It never arrived. Cancelled purchase and Wowcher credited me back. Dishonest company do not deal with them!

Ordered the AirPods from this company through a wowcher and have still not received them! Sent an email, they send me a link to a tracking parcel service with no tracking number so was pointless, told me they had been dispatched. Then receive an email a few days later to say they haven’t been dispatched as they were moving warehouse and should receive them within three to four days, and guess what still no AirPods. Customer service is non existent and quite happy to take a child’s birthday money and not send the goods!!!!

Honestly the worst company ever. STAY AWAY!!!!! Do not buy from this company. I bought some earpods from this company. They were faulty. I requested a refund and after 20 emails, I still haven’t received it. Not only on part of Maxwe is this awful customer service but also wowcher. STAY AWAY they will not give you a refund for their faulty products

Shocking customer service, returned a product in March for a replacement or a refund. No replies to emails and no replacement sent.

This company is terrible, I like others bought a set of earbuds via Wowcher as an Xmas present in December 2018, when they were opened on Xmas day they would not work, only one or the other no matter how many times We followed the instructions. It turns out that the included instructions are incorrect. A YouTube video showed us how to make them work as a pair.

The sound quality was terrible and one would cut out after 2 mins and would need to be paired again.

Contacted Maxwe via email and was ignored, waited a week emailed them again and got an automated reply. Waited another week emailed them again and got same automated reply but I replied back to it, I did then get a reply and was promised a replacement set. This was never sent or received, every few weeks I emailed to chase up the replacement but all I ever got was the automated reply or nothing.

Finally had enough and contacted Wowcher and they sent them an email, Ito a reply back in the form of a CC email sent to them asking them
What they are doing to resolve this, no response, waited a week and contacted Wowcher again, then got a reply asking me to view The reply from Maxwe, unfortunately it was just their automated reply. Nothing new !!

Wrote back again to Wowcher telling them to follow the details in the automated reply and It’s contents are pointless. And requested a full refund.

Still waiting for a reply.

These exact same headphones are available from China for under £4 a pair including shipping so look on Ali And you'll find them.

Bought video doorbell through wowcher ,worked for 3 weeks then nothing batteries fully charged so they weren’t the issue , contacted them about returning for a fecund as this was promised when purchasing through wowcher but no reply of this company ,DONT BUY ANYTHING OF THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

Absolutely shocking quality products!
I purchased the iS7 wireless earbuds through a wowcher deal. I have used wowcher many times without any issues, so they are not to blame. This company is.
The first problem is that, even though I followed the instructions very closely, they simply do not work. They do not charge properly, and only last 2 minutes when 'fully charged'. Then when you attempt to recharge them, the charging case turns itself off.
Secondly, only one earbud can be used at a time; they do not work in unison.
Finally, the charging case lid has snapped off.
I am lucky that I did not purchase this item through the MAXWE site, because they are £80! This company is a complete rip-off and should be shut down. They are conning people out of money, and I am concerned that these electronics could be dangerous too.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Bought on Wowcher. Only one earbud will work at a time and when I try to turn both on they ring my husband’s mobile!! Absolutely rubbish and I’m livid because once again I’ve been conned. So cross that I’ve deleted wowcher and all the other similar cut price deal.

Really bad. Bought some ear buds via Wowcher and they did not work. Sent for a refund but refused on hygiene reasons they had been in my ear? So basically a scam. Send broken earphones then refuse to refund.

Just bought,via wowcher,a pair of wireless earphones .Used once ,now will not charge up. Cover around the wires has cracked ,leaving inner wires on view. Cant get in touch. Poor quality,poor service . NEVER AGAIN

Don't buy from this company Mr Eric Chancellor I hope your keeping a eye on who work for you as your company are the worse money has been took out of my 99 yr old grans account for a set of bluetooth keep fit earphones which cost a bomb to her I want the money put back into her account or the police will be getting contacted it's your site's name that's on emails via wowcher!!! I bought a pair of wireless earbuds from this company. This item kept falling off my ears and one of them split open when it fell onto the ground. I asked to return the item but was told that there is a £10 admin charge which means having spent £19 on the item, £3.99 on postage and now another £3.99 postage for the return, it is not worth bothering for a refund. This company obviously uses this ploy to discourage buyers to request refunds for their goods. Will never use them again and make sure all my friends do likewise. It is a disgrace.
