Buying from Maxtorque Cans was the best experience ever!
SPEEDY DELIVERY:
The total elapsed time from my web order placement to the UK to receiving my beautiful, custom built motorcycle exhausts in Utah, USA was a blazing fast ten days! That was faster than dealing with many companies right here in the USA!
PRECISE ENGINEERING:
The website offered a number of design options to easily choose from (material, shape, length, outlet style, and street legal or race). The highly polished stainless muffler material that I chose was flawless. The stainless steel extension pipes were shaped perfectly and their mating diameter to the factory header pipes were absolutely perfect. The four supplied compression clamps were wide, strong, high quality, and easy to secure. The two supplied muffler hanger straps were strong, protected by chrome wrapping, and came with well made rubber edging.
FAST SALES AND SUPPORT COMMUNICATIONS:
From beginning to end, Martin returned my email questions within minutes. He made sure they were making the correct length for me and that I knew how to vary the loudness by removing one simple screw to pull the silencer baffle on each muffler.
MAGNIFICENT SOUND:
I was restoring a historic Honda VTR1000F Super Hawk. The deep, throaty sound that I heard these cans make on one of Maxtorque's Youtube videos of this bike is WHY I sought these cans out. Once I removed the silencer baffles (per Martin's instructions) the exact sound I was seeking was achieved.
FIVE STAR RATING
Without a doubt, I give Martin and this wonderful company, Maxtorque Cans, a 5-Star Rating and will buy all of my custom exhausts from them in the future.

This is the 3rd time I’ve taken a bike to MTC for an exhaust system and the first two went SUPERBLY well. Money very well spent!! This time though, was a totally different experience and it will be my last.
I’ll start by saying that the place itself and the staff are fantastic. Scott in particular is a credit to the company and his customer-facing skills (in addition to his mechanical skills) are second to none.
The owner though (little Martin) should stay well away from customers because he has zero (and I mean ZERO) idea how to treat a customer. OMG he is just shocking!!!
HERE’S THE FACTS - NO BS. I rang up asking to have an exhaust system fitted to my 07 CBR600F and he said I’d have to wait two weeks before they could start work on it - okay that was fine - I was booked in for 19th June. He told me it would likely take a few days to do because they didn’t carry those pipes in stock and would need to bend them.
I turned up at 9am on Monday 19th June and Scott rolled the bike inside and told me it would probably not be ready the next day but more likely to be Wednesday 21st. Fine. He then returned to working on a “walk-in” (Can-Am). Someone from MTC gave me a lift to the nearby railway station and I caught a train home to Bolton.
On Wednesday afternoon I rang to see how they were going on because I obviously had to arrange a lift off someone to collect the bike (if it was going to be ready). Whoever answered the phone told me that it hadn’t even been started yet and then put little Martin on the phone.
He very abruptly said “What’s up”? I told him that I’d had it booked in for two weeks and Scott had mentioned it might be ready for Wednesday. He said “Well he shouldn’t have said that. Are you in a rush or something”? I explained that I was only ringing to see how they were going on based on what I’d been told, to which he replied “Well if you’re desperate come pick your bike up”!!
I was flabbergasted by this little man’s big attitude. I told him again that I was only going off what HE had told me and what Scott had told me. He then said “Well let me make this easy for you - it’ll be a week next Saturday”!!
That’s a total of TWO WEEKS. He was obviously spitting his dummy out of his pram. I bit my tongue and the FOLLOWING Thursday rang for a progress update. Again I was spoken to like I was a piece of crap, despite me being super calm and pleasant (getting irate gets you nowhere).
I’ve no idea what has changed at MTC but it’s gone MASSIVELY down hill since the last two times I spent money with them. As for the job itself, it was perfect! Scott was very pleasant at handover and I tipped him £20.
Martin, you seriously need to grow up and learn to either treat your customers with respect or let your employees deal with customers for you. Yes, I got a lift to the railway station - thank you. But after leaving the building to returning to collect the bike, the treatment was $#1t!

I'm one that never leaves reviews, but on this occasion I just had too...
Right from the start, easy to talk too and communication was great... nothing seems to phase them and arranged to take me bike down even though there was no time arranged.
Left bike for less than 2 hours and both rear silencers with link pipes fitted.. absolutely awesome cans and sound great too and quality of work is great too... I honestly cannot fault them at all and would definitely recommend to anyone.. thank you to Scott and the team for making the whole experience painless and a pleasure

Excellent company to deal with. Ordered a set of Carbon cans for my st2 on 9th May and delivered 26th May to New Zealand. Top quality and a very straight forward fit. 2/3 the price of getting a set from local supplier. Cheers Ash

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Their products are quality, look and sound awesome!! Service was second to none even though I was quite an awkward customer, they still went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Thanks again Martin

I ordered a link pipe and can for my Triumph 765 and it arrived within a couple of days and was a really good price.
On fitting it became apparent the link pipe was incorrect.
An email to MTC and they check the pipes they had, found the problem, made a new one and sent it out the very next day!
The speed and friendliness to resolve a problem is the reason I would definitely purchase from them again!
An example of how customer service should be!
Well done guys!

Called on spec to see if they perhaps had a pair of link pipes for a ZZR1400. Bingo! They were with me the next day. Excellent service and kit, cheers guys!

Pretty much everything you want from someone providing a service. Quick responses to e-mails. Bring the bike round when you can, (No booking it in next month or waiting). They're open Saturday mornings too. You get to speak to the chap doing your job (Scott, in my both my cases) Who is interested in what your doing, listens to what you say and isn't afraid to ring you with any queries. I supplied my own silencer both times and in the case of the Dnepr they didn't try and sell me another silencer when they saw the battered old thing I presented him with. A quick turnaround time too. I think the XS1100 was a week, the Dnepr a little longer. Like I said, a friendly bunch who are interested in what your doing and helped getting the bikes in and out of the van. I recommend them.

I can't fault the whole team at MTC. The quality of work is great and their welding is a work of art. But most of all, the customer service I received was fantastic - totally responsive and effective. 100% recommended.

Sent a few emails to Martin at Max Torque Cans as I wanted a decat system for my zontes zt125, but my bike wasn't listed on MTC's website. They were fast to reply and a few emails later I decided to book my bike in the workshop to have a full decat system made to suit. A week later I returned and was blown away... The exhaust sounds and looks amazing and it has really transformed my bike. I couldn't be happier with it...and their prices are great...especially for the quality of workmanship they provide. I highly recommend Max Torque Cans to anyone wanting an aftermarket exhaust system...thanks guys...keep up the good work... top job

Wow these guys or girls need credit where it's due.
Excellent product and service👌
I purchase of full system exsault for my 2022 Honda Monkey after a enquiry to Max Torque by email.
This my first purchase from Max Torque cans and i was well impress with it , i would recommend to all.
I ordered the exsault at 8 pm on the Monday and it was delivered at 11 am on the Wednesday. Speedy delivery thankyou.
The Can was well packaged with care and the exsault is well made to a good standard.
There are no fitting instructions but it's not rocket science and if you need guidance you can watch any YouTube video on motorcycle exsault fitting, they are all pretty much the same.
The price of the exsault is very good and the quality is exceptional
The exsault sounds so good on my bike too 🚵I'm really happy with it.
Thankyou Max Torque for a great job 👍
