I ordered a set of dog clippers and it was clearly delivered but it had been left in an unsafe place, inside a communal door, that does not close and hence, it was stolen. I have been in contact numerous times with this company via email and all I am getting is “wait for 1-2 business days” for it to be looked into. It is now over a week ago and still no further forward to getting a refund. Please be careful ordering as they used evri as the delivery company who I have had issues with before. I still hope to hear from max offer with a satisfactory conclusion.

I felt scammed
I purchased SoruPods V2 earbuds from MaxOffer however what arrived were Blackview Airbuds 9. This is not the brand that I purchased. The cost of the SoruPods V2 were €79 but Blackview sell their product for €23. This feels like fraud to me and I think I've been scammed by this company.
