Ordered in March...charged credit card...never received ...do not answer emails

Total scam. Do not order. They do not send any product.

Every day I get emails from MAX NOVELTY they have had my money since 7th April never reply to any emails SCAM how are they still allowed to advertise????

I placed two orders from them on April 6 and still have not received any of my products. Have emailed them several times and no response. Reading other reviews I see I am not the only one. Next step is the BBB

I ordered from them in April, of course paid, nothing, oh the so called tracking number is a joke, the whole company should be dropped by FB, nothing but a huge scam.
It’s now coming towards the end of July, still nothing, the only response I got from the company was, Things are taking longer due to the covid virus. If that’s the case, they shouldn’t have accepted the orders, and refund us our money, totally disgusted, now will only order with direct phone calls, never through a web site.

Same story as everyone else. I ordered months ago and have nothing and no response from email. Bad news!!!!!!!

I ordered product in beginning of April. Still nothing. I have sent more than 6 emails requesting assistance like their site says, I only received one response back in June with a tracking number...that does not exist! But still no reply. I just want my money back now! I understand covid delays but the lack of communication is terrible!
I will not order from them again or recommend them as I have in the past. As I have previously received items from them.

I ordered from them and paid on the 11th April. I still have not had my order. I am aware Covid 19 makes a difference which I understand but having sent numerous e-mails I have had ONE REPLY!!!! The customer service is absolute rubbish and so frustrating Just Reply to Our e-mails

They deserve a zero. This company is a scam I ordered two paintings to do whilst I was in hospital. It’s been months since I ordered them and they haven’t arrived, even when I contacted the company twice. They cannot blame CO-VID shipping as I’ve received packages from all over the world in this time. They are rip off merchants!!! Don’t buy!!!

Ordered in March still no product do not buy from this company I reported them to charge company. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

Took my money but wont respond to my emails about order status! Its a total scam!!!

Ordered 3 paint-by-number kits 4 months ago & have never received anything!! They will not give a refund until you reject the shipment. No shipment, tracking system does not work either!! Terrible customer service!!

I sure do wish I had read these reviews before ordering. It’s been almost 4 months and I do not have my order. This company is a scam. Their shipping tracking numbers go nowhere and they do not answer emails. Do not order from this company!!

I don't even want to give one STAR! I ordered in March, still waiting. After countless nasty emails to Maxnovelty, I did receive a response telling me to just be patient...I'm still waiting. Almost $70 lost. HOW CAN SUCH A COMPANY STILL HAVE A WEBSITE???? THEY CAN JUST CONTINUE TO STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY???

Buyers beware, as everyone has said this is a scam! Been waiting three months and still have not received my order. Sent multiple emails and I’ve heard nothing back.

Same as everyone else. Been over 4 months since I ordered. I’ve emailed at least 5 time and received a ‘tracking number’ that doesn’t work. $100 lost I’m sure.

Waited four months, when it finally came, it was the wrong design. Also the canvas had bubbles all over it which would not iron out. Waste of time and money. Not to mention resources.
