Rude Staff!
Rude people who answer the phone and just say “hello” like you’re supposed to know who you’re speaking to. Spoke to 2 different females on the phone this morning as I was looking for a new umbrella company. Defo won’t be using these! They were both so rude I put the phone down and now reading the other reviews I’m really glad I did!

Absolute disgusting company whos sole purpose is to screw you over. Slaughter you with ridiculous amounts of deductions and charge you £17.50 a week for the privilege. Had to choose 1 star as minus 50 is not a option. A bunch of vile cretins
