Lack of transparency Poor dispute handling
Profits can be lost despite valid trades
I had an MT5 trading account with an open profitable trade. Without any prior warning, the company archived my account and the open trade, claiming I did not log in for 30 consecutive days.
Profits from the open trade were never credited
The trade was archived instead of being properly closed and settled
Customer support failed to provide any clear or written clause that legally justifies withholding profits
After my experience, I seriously question the credibility of the positive reviews about this company:
Many positive reviews appear generic, repetitive, and unrealistic
They do not reflect real trading issues or dispute handlin
Based on my experience, these reviews do not match the actual service provided

In response to your message
I have already contacted your customer support , and I did not receive any response—only copy-and-paste replies with the same message. A person named Mazen contacted me and gave the same response: that my account had been archived and the trade had been closed, and I did not receive any profits.

Your customer support is among the worst.
