Delivered sand material was great quality, was on time and delivery man was super polite and helpful

My grandmother is living in Denmark and recently she wanted to start decorating her backyard. Of course, I needed to find a proper websit,e so-called store where I could find lots of things for decorating this backyard. My choice fell on these guys because according to price/quality ratio, they had the most appealing assortment of various stones, plants, pine barks and all that. I am not into construction at all so we called professionals and they have redecorated the backyard within several days. But materials were bought here!

Amazing customer service - based on a misunderstanding, they placed the bag on a wrong place, they came the day after to fix it.

Good quality produkt, fast delivery and good Customer Service

The delivery was good and within expected time. The problem is the little amount of information about the products in the website. For a retail customer I would personally recommend a store like Bauhaus or Silvan where someone can actually advise you on which product you need. In my case I have 300kilos of unused cement I have to throw away because they are not suitable for the project I have.

First, I gave you 3 stars which I think it is a fair rating.
Second, as a customer I believe I am entitled to express my opinion. There is information on the website, I read the text and watched the video. Yet I got a very wrong picture of the properties and composition of the material, ie in aalborgportland.dk they are very specific on the recommended uses of their cements, which in maxibag it seems both basis and rapid are intended for the same use, no difference whatsoever appart from the drying time. I was not expecting I would need to call YOU after I read the information and watched the videos.

Quick delivery, good quality of product.

I have ordered Bark fliser from the webpage. I am satisfied with their service in general, but not sure if the amount of bark fliser i ordered is precisely ordered. I ordered 4000 liter, but the bag was a bit empty on top, meaning that seems total amount of bark fliser seems not 4000 liter.

If I could give maxibag a lower rating I would! These guys are absolutely terrible, they will ship you a stone that is COMPLETELY misrepresented (I order grey and they sent me black, not to mention in the wrong size) and then refuse to do anything about it, unless I pay them an additional DKK 3,000.

To make matters worse, when you contact customer service, they will tell you things like “I can not see what we could have done better” and “we have done everything for you” when all they have done is to refuse to acknowledge that they made a mistake or help you in any way. When I asked their customer service representative Michael to split the shipping with me in order to find an amicable solution (even though the product they sent was completely wrong) he responded with “I could never do that”!

Maxibag’s poor customer service is only exceeded by its even poorer business sense.

Buyer beware - if anyone is considering being a customer, be aware that the product is not at all what it looks like in the picture or the description AND that if you are displeased, rest assured that maxibag will do absolutely nothing about it!

Also they deleted my last poor review from their trust pilot, just so you know what you are getting into when you order/work with maxibag!

Do not be fooled by the great reviews, they delete the rest. What a disgrace.

the delivery was late and the driver wasn't friendly at all!
the granit shards purchased have taken more than 3 days of rain to get the mud out, they came really muddy. had paid the premium for 1-2 business day delivery, the delivery was late and the driver wasn't pleased when I asked him to leave the bag in the corner. he then started mumbling something reversed and drove off. first experience with this company and not the most pleasant one! their prices are the same as others so nothing extraordinary to make it competitive.
