Third time I use the shop. Product received as it was promised within reasonable amount of time.

I ordered some switches and they arrived within a few days - unfortunately there was a single switch missing so I sent them an email to let them know.

I didn't mind so much, I know these things happen, it was just slightly annoying.

They responded immediately, and sent me a bunch of switches to make up for the missing switch. They really didn't have to - I would have accepted them adding a single switch to the next order I placed - but it was a very cool gesture.

Great shop, with a great selection of keyboard-related products. And amazing customer service! Would recommend them very highly.

Maxgaming, as always, a really nice gaming related retailer! My shopping experience was fantastic! Even though it was my mistake for accidentally ordering the wrong item on the website, the customer service was super kind and very, very helpful to fix my problem! They fixed it by swapping the item to a different one (the one i wanted)

Had no issues with my first order. But the second one....

I had bought some mouse skates and the shipping was fast untill it got delivered to the terminal near me. I was home as the package had been delivered which it said on the app but there was no delivery driver near. The online tracker said there wasn't an address given to deliver the package to (which I clearly put in while ordering). Now let's talk about their tracking.... It's HORRIBLE you got 6 different trackers on different websites and Deutsche post and DHL are different trackers while it's the same company?!?!?! Ok now let's move on DHL said it has been delivered but Deutsche post said it had been delivered to a pick-up point. At this point I got in contact with support, they did not take any responsibility and did not try to get more info untill I contacted all my DHL pick-up points near me. 4 calls later and... nothing.

I'm now contacting them again and the whole track-and-trace is nothing but easy to understand or even read and find.

If they resolve this later i might update this review but i gotta say that these things dont happen often.

Two seperate orders, no problems. Delivery within 4 - 5 workdays. Packaging was nice and tight with no plastic. +10 bonus points for enviromental awareness!
Support answered in literally MINUTES, and was very nice and helpful.

Great website if you are from Europe, and need some proper gaming gear, from Companies that are usually hard to find or need to be imported . Staff is always fast and fair , 0 issues, many orders .

I have purchased 3 (4) times now and I do have 1 complaint finished as well. All 3 orders went ok no problem what so ever. The complaint was what made me write this. So my mouse started scroll glitching. I opened my complaint via email, 2nd day I provided video of the problem and 3rd day I had in store credit ready to be used. Now Im waiting for my 4th order to arive. TOP NOTCH SERVICES, 100% recommend.
Some people might had problems with delivery but I think that 99% of the time it was problem with DHL. (also delivery to USA)
