The products are great
The products are great. Ordered a few times from them and haven't had a problem. The website is super cool and the avatars remind me of the old Xbox 360 days. so overall my experience is great. Items come on time and if you order an item not in stock they will send it when they do have it.

Horrible returns and customer service
Returned the mouse pads next day as I got them, absolutely no updates from them, you have to pull information from them. They got my return in their "collection center" or whatever they call it on July 5th (today's 31st) and still nothing, no refund, no emails about the refund, absolute silence unless I email them. They get their stuff from a German collection center, that's when your timer starts ticking, it's in their private possession. I should've been refunded weeks ago! Absolutely horrible!!!
Edit 1st of August: after an assertive email, they finally responded quite fast and got me store credit, yay(?)

No solution, no respect for customers
Disgraceful. I returned a defective mouse over a month ago — no updates, no solution. The package is lost, and my money is gone. Max Gaming has the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid this site at all costs.

Managed to find products that weren't available in most of the stores. Some limited, small number, high quality stuff. Those that are usually had to be ordered from the US or Asia, now can arrive just within a week. They are not cheap, but it's fast and reliable. Bought some stuff, that you normally couldn't get anywhere in the EU.

Delivery to Hungary
I was really satisfied with the product and more important the delivery was also really quick. I ordered on June 29 and it came on July 9. It is really important that i ordered it to Hungary so it was really far from the maxgaming warehouse in Sweden, so if you are a hungarian buyer you can calculate with 9-10day delivery. I will definitely buy other things for my setup from maxgaming in the future.
