Good day

I would like to contest the closure of my account id 610970.I understand the rules, the account wasn't sold nor given to anyone .I tried to change the name to my nickname without knowing,The confirmation code came when but i was trying to rename it.The issue was the network.I sent emails to the compliance team but i got no answer or the chance to explain.I called my manager Aicha i got no response.

You don't learn from your mistakes, do you?

No, I am NOT an affiliate of yours and NO I do NOT want to be anymore. But obviously you missed, that YOUR website and registration process are parts of YOUR service too! That it is the process that SHOULD lead to me becoming an AFFILIATE, yet DOES NOT! And that it is my right to respond to YOUR SERVICES! No matter if I am an affiliate or not. Your REPLY here is a part that involves YOUR very own and no other employees or companies! THIS IS ALL YOU! If YOU respond, it's about YOU and nobody else.

Once again you didn't think your answer through. You don't need to tailor your application to evry single person. You can stick with the BARE NECESSITIES instead and make everything else optional, instead of making everything MANDATORY or asking everything RIGHT AWAY! I get making an email address MANDATORY. That the norm for online accounts AND THE PRIMARY CONTACT OPTION ONLINE! Yet you do NOT need a MANDATORY Skype handle on top of it! You do NOT need an additional phone call on top of it! If somone wishs to have this kind of contact with you, you can make it OPTIONAL and they can REQUEST IT! See? You are HANDLING IT THE WRONG WAY! I do NOT need a relationship with your affiliate manager, if I don't need your affiliate manager. If I hae a question that involves an affiliate manager, I ASK YOU! You just need to provide the means to go for it. The problem is not, that you ask too little or have to ask this for one and that for another user. The problem is, YOU ASK, YOU ASK EVERYING AND YOU ASK EVERYTHING AND THEN SOME UPFRONT, NEEDED OR NOT! YOU WASTE VALUABLE TIME! You ASK TOO MUCH FROM EVERYONE BEFORE THEY HAVE CHECKED YOU OUT AND MADE EVEN THE FIRST CENT! NOBODY WANTS THAT! NOBODY! Nobody wants senseless time waste for nothing! Do you?

Also, the confirmation email is STILL NOT HERE! This should be an automated process and NOT involve my state as an affiliate, me still wanting it, or me contacting you. Check your own website. It says, I have to confirm my application by use of the email, BEFORE a call is being scheduled. So, if you want this fixed, GO FIX IT! It's YOUR AUTOMATION SYSTEM!

What you call my opinion is based on what YOU have shown to me while using YOUR website and in YOUR replies. This is what my opinion is based on: MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOU! And that is the whole point of a feedback here.

You are absolutely right. Unless you improve your services, I DO NOT want to become and affiliate with you anymore. And that too is based on YOUR website, YOUR responses, YOUR technical issues and of course the feedback of other people who have been with you, that is there for a reason, not because friends are just teasing you and it's also about the RISK that I have to take with you (sales 101: topic TRUST!). My statements and intentions with you are based on YOUR actions, not anyone else. YOU ALONE are responsible for the outcome of this. This result has been created by YOU and YOUR ACTIONS.

YOU are just wasting my time, instead of creating services and conditions that make it AS EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR THE USER TO CONSUME! Get some training. This is marketing/sales 101. You make it as EASY AS POSSIBLE FOR THE USER, not the business or the technician. You are doing it exactly the wrong way. You are making it as easy as possible for you and as tedious as possible for the user! You are misusing former reputation to abuse your users.

Also, do yourself a favor and read carefully. I didn't insult you. I asked questions! The difference is, if you feel insulted, it is NOT based on my statements, but on YOUR INTERPRETATION! And that is the whole cause of the problems. That your interpretation is off! I did NOT say you are stupid. YOU INTERPRETED IT THIS WAY! An intelligent person uses feedback for improvement, instead of blaming everyone else. (note: do you get, why this is not an insult either? Try to interpret it the right way this time, and you'll see the wonder happening and the difference! YOU decide, which one it is! I don't do this to insult you. I do this to help you make th right decisions and improve your service!)

Let me give you a little hint here: I might not be the pro affiliate marketer, but I AM a web (software) developer with 29 years IT experience AND I have been involved with marketing, sales and customer service for many years. If you continue this charade, you won't have a good day yourself as long as you do. So, either learn from it or just do yourself a favor and STOP! In your own best interest! Or even better: DO BOTH! Since you didn't realize it, let me spell it out for you: YOU are making it WORSE with every reply! YOU DO NOT PREVENT ISSUES, YOU CREATE THEM! That is the whole point of my feedback and you confirm it with every single reply!

Sent my application and was about to get a call from one of their female AM for account activation. I missed the call (different timezone) and wrote an e-Mail asking for another scheduled call. I got the answer that I am now handled by another AM and got her e-Mail. After mailing my newly assigned AM for another scheduled call, explaining the timezone difference I never gotten an answer. I replied one more time asking how this is professional demeanour from an alleged "serious" company to just not get a reply to my e-Mails and for this e-Mail I haven't got an answer neither. It seems that some of their AM have some attitude issues, handling business related communications like their personal conversations with their boyfriends or whatever, where it is ok to stop responding all of a sudden. Reading all the other reviews of people who got scammed by MaxBounty (shaving Leads, terminating account after making money) I am glad this went the way it went.

If i can make 0 star i will dot it , i have a good experience with clickbank as an affiliate, when I tried to register with maxbounty after filling all the tips , they said that they will contact me , after this they did not call me and send me an email that my application is rejected without any reasons or call , very very bad support and racist

I have registered to run an affiliate program, but the agent, some asian girl was so rude for no reason and in two days she called me on Skype on Sunday and told me my account got banned because it has unusual activity. So mean primitive mind, I'm happy to realize it quickly.

Same experience from everyone here. What barely converts on MaxBounty will tend to convert so much better in other networks. Why is this? Answer is self explanatory. Affiliate Managers take 20 years to respond to any question you may have which hinders any real progress with working with this once great CPA Network. One AM tried even being a smartass with me saying "I'll never make money with my attitude." Only gave him an attitude as like I said, no one responds to any of my queries. Meanwhile what this douche of an affiliate manager doesn't know is that I'm a veteran of the game and have over $500 million dollars worth of revenue under my belt. I do miss the old MaxBounty as I've had some of my early successes with them. I highly doubt its the same people in charge now. All the great affiliate managers Ive had a chance to work with through them before are either now working in another company or have totally left the CPA game. But recommendation for other publishers is work with another CPA network until someone from MaxBounty actually gives a shiznit. Beware of the fake 5 star reviews on here for July 23 and 24 which in itself is a huge red flag hahaha.

They are scammer please do not register. they suddently ban me from login to the website and my money lost. do not trust this website
