Maxaroma is one of the only places that will ship overseas (military). Considering distance and shipping logistic, shipping was timely and arrived intact. The prices and selection are great, I already placed a 2nd order even before receiving the 1st one.

I have made many purchases so far. Maxaroma has been very diligent and responsible with shipping, which is why I give it an A+, but where they have failed me is in the gift every two months for the gold membership.

I ordered a fragrance sold as brand new, but it arrived in completely unacceptable condition. The bottle had deep scuffs, heavy paint peeling and chipping along the shoulder and collar, and the atomizer spray head was detached inside the box. These were clear signs of prior wear and degraded stock, not transit damage.
I contacted customer service immediately on delivery day with photos and video. Maxaroma authorized a return and explicitly promised me in writing: "We will ensure that the replacement is sent in good condition."
My return was delivered back to their warehouse, where they held it for six days. Instead of reserving a replacement as promised, they allowed remaining stock to sell out and then quietly issued a unilateral refund.
When I asked support why my promised replacement was not allocated, they claimed their policy prevents reserving stock for damaged returns. Their "remedies" were an insulting 5% discount code, falsely insisting the bottle wear occurred in transit, and attempting to sell me an unboxed tester of a completely different formulation for $205.
Between shipping degraded inventory as new, breaking written commitments, and trying to upsell testers instead of fulfilling orders, this was an exceptionally poor customer experience. Shop elsewhere!

The worst experience. They are not competitive, their website is set up to be deceptive and difficult to parse. IMO they are dishonest swindlers. Never again!
