Max came to repair a fridge he charged R 1800.00 to regas. He made hole on the fridge damaging the fridge. When asked he just said ok but demanded the cash and made threats. After a few days the fridge was still not working. When called he claims he is sick and does not take responsibility. He also claims that he has a year guaranty if any problem after repair but that's not the case. Very unprofessional basically a scam as he took the money knowing that he didn't do the work properly. This guy is a fraud.

Our recent experience with Max Appliance Repair was excellent. Oleg arrived right on time and diagnosed the problem with the stove quickly. He explained that parts were no longer available for my over 10 year old stove but the original control board could be repaired. He returned two days later with the refurbished part, even though it was well into the evening he stayed until 8pm (on the Friday of a long weekend) and got our stove working before the long weekend. I would recommend Max Appliance Repair to anyone and Oleg was excellent to deal with.
