INSTALLED BRAKE PADS BACKWARDS
I spent over $1,800 here on four tires, brake pads, and rotors, and they somehow managed to install my brake pads BACKWARDS. Quite the alarming mistake that was discovered the hard way while on a 12-hour road trip, when my brakes started acting up and I had to take my car to a shop in another state. That shop immediately confirmed the brake pads were installed backwards.
This location initially denied any wrongdoing, despite clear evidence. Only after pushing did they agree to reimburse me for the out-of-state repair, but then promptly walked that back.
Tyler, the manager, was incredibly unprofessional and actually told me I couldn’t receive a refund because the store “didn’t make any money that day” and refunding me would put him “in the negatives.” That is not how refunds work, nor is it my problem.
They are now refusing to issue any refund at all. If you value your safety, your time, or basic mechanical competence, do not take your car here. Sloppy work, dishonesty, and zero accountability.
