The Mavis location at 300 N Queen Street, Lancaster, PA
The Mavis location at 300 N. Queen Street in Lancaster, PA is amazing. A "model" for other Mavis locations. We had an emergency tire need while in Lancaster on vacation. We stopped by this Mavis location to repair our tire with a screw in it, and they treated us like family! Professional, friendly and empathic to our need while very far from home. Sebastian in particular was incredibly nice and had our tire fixed in no time! We highly recommend this location and will always remember the kindness they showed us.

When I called a few days prior to make an appointment for inspection, tires, oil change, etc. they had drop off options available within days. They called me to let me know I needed small things (alignment, window wipers) and only took 4 hours from start to finish on the day after Christmas. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I never feel like I’m “taken advantage of” since I’m a woman. I’ve been going here for four years and have never had an issue. Always great service and prices!
