Great Product, and even better support!

OPTiX,

In regards to Maverick Applications, this is a review I feel that I need to make. Let’s start with the basics shall we? On January 4th 2017 I came across a site, Maverick, this site was simple, and easy to navigate. I can honestly say that it’s the greatest site for Arma 3 Tools I have come across.

From the ObfuSQF, to the ArmA Remote Admin Tool everything is great and easy to use! So starting with the ObfuSQF, this tool allows you to prevent people from stealing your mission file. Hell who doesn’t want a tool like that? All of the time, money, and effort that goes into your mission file, it’s the perfect answer. From the regular version to the extended version, 2 different levels of security that you can choose from and they are both fantastic! And the best part all for a low cost, this is what shocked me the most, this tool really isn’t that expensive to begin with. So to get the easy functionality of the tool, combined with the security of protecting your mission file, it’s a win win for the end user.

On to the next tool, ArmA Remote Admin, this tool is pretty much its name. It allows you to remotely access your server and the RCON remotely. I’ve searched a lot of places seeking a program that does this. As a server owner I know the struggle of being able to give people the specific access they need to do their jobs. Owners, Admins, Moderators, Helpers and everyone in between. Clearly they all need different access to your server. And you for sure don’t want to give out your box access/RCON password to every single staff member, that’s something that you just can’t afford to do. And this tool eliminates the need for that now. You can give people the access they need while keeping the security you need and want, and at a moment’s notice you can revoke the access and you’re still 100% secure and you don’t have to deal with annoying password changes and server restarts, costing you players.

The support, where to even begin. So when I purchased these products I was following the tutorials and everything was going great, that was until I messed something up and couldn’t figure out the issue. So the first thing I did, contacted their support. And man was it fast. Within an hour I had OPTiX assisting me, I added him on steam and to teamviewer we went, within minutes I was back up and running. He showed me how to do other things via the website, and the server itself, and as well helped me set up some batch files I wanted. This was the greatest support I have received, the fact of the matter is if there is an issue it’s going to get fixed, fast and efficiently.

In closure I’d just like to say thank you for all of the friendly help and assistance I was given, and that anyone who runs an Arma 3 Server these tools are a must have for your ease and sanity. I hope this review helps anyone that is thinking about purchasing these programs.

Best Regards,
