Horrible quality, bad customer service

Horrible quality, many of the stitches started coming about within a month of having them and I have not even been walking around much. I reached out if there was anything they could do and they just told me to buy a full new pair and they cannot repair or send replacement

Maven “Hazard” boot

Poor quality boots. NO ankle/heel cup support. A few treads on the sole have already come off exposing the inner boot lining. Poor contour of the steel toe cap so it makes contact with the top of the foot which is not pleasant over an 8 hour+ work day. The insole is absolute garbage.

The upper is quite durable and they seem to be stain resistant. Surprisingly the upper has stayed fairly clean after a couple weeks of heavy use. I do get lots of compliments on them but just can’t recommend these to anyone climbing ladders, scaling concrete block, or doing heavy demo…amongst other things.

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY. I feel so dumb for buying these shoes. I paid Lots of money for these and they are so uncomfortable and are so ugly. The pictures online are deceiving. I cannot wear these, not even one time, They hurt my feet so bad.

Red flags galore

To be fair I haven't ordered anything from this website but there are a lot of red flags here. For one, I started noticing that none of the shoes have any sort of Maven branding on them. One shoe says SETH across it real big with no indication as to what that means. I thought maybe it was the model name of that shoe but that's when I realized none of the shoes have model names they're all just called "maven safety shoe steel toe". One shoe even has a logo on that side that is completely different from the Maven logo which I ended up finding on Amazon for like $30 cheaper. Same logo on it and everything. Then I started seeing a bunch of other shoes that are on the maven site that were also $30 cheaper on Amazon all from different brands. So I'm pretty sure these dudes just resell cheap safety shoes from Amazon at a higher price. Oh and I saw reviews on another site saying they ship from China (biggest red flag) so if you want to return something you either pay a ton to ship it back or they offer 40% off your next purchase.
