No response from booking
I applied for this course several months ago using your online facility but didn't hear anything back. It wasn't until a colleague gave me the contact details for a SLAM staff member that I got a response. It seems that the initial email address that links to your online booking may have been incorrect

Ongoing Learning to improve performance. .
Ongoing Learning for nurses and other health professionals seem to be a better way forward, not just to improve performance, but to continue with confidence building in the various teams. This will increase consumer satisfaction in the area safe care delivery, and staff will also feel satisfied when they know care has been safely delivered.

I had to book a course through the website. Myself and a number of colleagues had repeated difficulties over a number of weeks trying to get the website to work. It continually cycled instead of allowing you to book and feedback from the service on how to empty cookies, using different browsers etc. had no significant benefit with all of us seemingly eventually being able to book at random.
I emailed asking for support myself 6 days ago with no reply so far, slightly dissspointed that over a full work week they've been unable to give a response though I have been able to book finally. .
Like the title, not an appalling experience but very frustrating on an IT basis none the less.
To end though I'm really am looking forward to the actual course, the team running it are full of experienced and informative teachers so no concerns on that score ahead of time.

This also helps me as a professional to be well informed, professionally developed, knowledgeable and resourceful.

I am having problems using the customer portal to add attendees to my booking. I keep getting this {"Message":"An error has occurred."} which does not tell me what is wrong. Not helpful.
