Terrible quality, terrible customer service DO NOT BUY from this company. The Nimbus Drop Sunglasses arrived with the arms broken and lopsided, so I couldn't even sit them on my face straight.
The reply from their customer service was No refund or exchange but you can spend more money and we will give you 30% off!! What company doesnt refund when goods are faulty. The biggest scam site ever!!
Glasses did not arrive. Located in chicago. Customer service claimed they were delivered and sent me a link to international tracking, then proceeded to tell me that I needed to take it up with the international postal service. I have security cameras and a ring camera, glasses were NOT delivered the day they claimed and they refused to give me a refund or resend the pair. The only fix is to contact the international mailing service which I did and were going on 3 weeks with no response. Do not order from this sketchy vendor.
Please do not be fooled like i was by this company, I ordered some sunglasses firstly they took over 2 weeks to arrive when i contacted them they never came back to me, when the glasses finally arrived they are or very poor quality they had no case which on the website they stated that they came with a case . i have pairs that are similar and a fraction of the price. Do not buy from this company!!!
