The shop's communication is excellent
The shop's communication is excellent, the customer service quickly replied all of my questions. Strongly recommended seller.
The only negative point concerns the supplier company. From the UK to Hungary there was no problem, but at customs they filled in the customs declaration incorrectly, after customs clearance my parcel was sent to Germany (for unknown reason) and then back to Hungary, and even then they kept me waiting for several days before I received my order. After customs clearance, I had to wait longer to receive my parcel than it took to get it from the UK to Hungary. No one should ever choose to have it delivered by TNT.

Wrong item but excellent customer service
Sadly the part I ordered did not fit my car, despite being listed as suitable for all models (Audi TT 98-06). However, MLR were happy for me to return the item for a full refund. I'm still not entirely sure why the part didn't fit but quick communication and helpful service is really important, hence 4 stars.
