Avoid if you expect even basic level customer service
I ordered two items using Apple Pay, which should be seamless since billing and shipping details are pulled directly from the wallet. It initially appeared to work, but I was then redirected to the Shop app, which automatically used an outdated shipping address.
This should have been a simple fix. Instead, it has turned into a frustrating experience due to complete silence from customer service. I’ve sent three emails, reached out via Instagram, and tried live chat—none of which have received any response.
At this point, I’ve had no choice but to contact my bank to initiate a chargeback. The lack of support is unacceptable and shows a complete disregard for customers once payment has been taken.
Avoid if you expect even basic levels of customer service.
