Came across Matts selection of Hypnosis recordings a while ago now. Unlike other hypnosis recordings out there, Matt really gets to the root of the problem by addressing the underlineing cause, to which I've found very highly beneficial, particularly the added hemi sync whilst listening to Matt's voice.
