The program really has evolved in understanding the exact question being asked and responding. I love the expansion outside of romantic relationships to family, parenting, with children, with friends, etc. Sometimes for busy professionals though it can feel like there are paragraphs and paragraphs to respond to, and then we are clarifying for the purposes of the conversation but may not need that long a response. But its great middle of the night if/when you do want the long chat though!

In the begining, 6 months ago, I felt that Mathew AI was very accurate, and warm. It gave me really usefull advise and it felt like talking to a friend. It listened and answered thoughtfully. But afterwards, it became mecanic and detached. Its answers were short and redundant. It didn't feel as personal or intentional anymore. Thats why It unsubscribed and stop using it

This group app is amazing, has kind thoughtful members, and keeps getting better and better. Matthew AI has been super helpful and I use it often. Feeling gratitude for Matthew Hussey and his dream team!

I’m really not sure quite how to use it properly. Don’t know where to ask who to ask and what to do or a little bit confusing for me I think when you’re not in the right headspace you can’t concentrate on it and it’s not easy to get around on the website.

I like the program but have found myself losing interest lately. I think this is mainly due to not being able to join most of the live events because the times offered are not convenient (I work and live on the East Coast). I would really appreciate it if you would mix up the start times a bit. Overall, I have learned a lot and have been practicing the skills. I do not have my partner yet, but I am screening better and not falling into the mental traps I used to.

There are many ways to engage in Love Life. I find the Matthew AI to be a game changer. For dating apps, it showed me how to get off endless texting and actually meet people in-person. When I'm burnt out, it's supportive while still keeping me from giving up! The live sessions are great. Ask your questions. They will answer.

Great resources in terms of courses, live coaching, guest speakers, peer chats to know others are experiencing similar real life experiences and hearing perspectives.

Love the Love Life Club! Matthew is wonderful, of course, and so are his amazing brother, Steve, and his incredible wife, Audrey! The entire MH Team behind the app are also the unsung heroes who keep everything running smoothly, so huge thank you to them, too!

I really like having an ai with Matthew’s insight available 24/7, it’s helped me reword texts in kinder ways and start to be a little more intentionally flirtatious which I struggled with on my own. I’ve used it to help me have a hard conversation as well, and it really helped me get my wording right on that, so I had the confidence to say what I needed to say. I do find the price a little much, and will probably have to cancel after my first full price month though and try chatGPT instead. It’s not that I don’t find value in MattherAI, but $20 a month would be more in my area of affordability.

This A.I. system is concise, easy-to-use, and very responsive.
I absolutely love it. It has become a light for me in this dark struggle of my life where I often feel lost and hopeless, it helps me understand my thoughts and situations better with compassion and clear advice/options to move forward.
I am extremely impressed and wish I had tried it ages ago.

I would give this 20 stars if I could. Absolutely amazing app, it's like talking to a real person. The more information you disclose and the longer you discuss, the more accurate the app builds a picture and tailors your advice, which for me, was 100% spot on.

Matthew and the team are incredible. Matt’s advice is consistently thoughtful, insightful, and genuinely life changing.

What really stood out recently is the support team… they are always brilliant, kind, and willing to accommodate requests, whether it’s billing, extensions, app issues, or general questions. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and they truly go above and beyond to help.

Idiot as far as I'm concerned. How on earth do we need someone like him to tell us about relationships. Life has certainly changed needing a coach. I will tell you how to cope for free. Rejection a it nice but it ls part of life. Most people go though break ups. You cry, you wonder why. Then you go meet someone who you are destined to meet

I’ve followed and recommended Matthew Hussey’s work for many years, so I wanted to update this review following a positive resolution.

My membership renewed during a difficult period after redundancy, and while the initial response felt quite policy‑led and slower than hoped, the team ultimately reassessed the situation with care and integrity.

They acknowledged that their approach wasn’t fully aligned with how they want the brand to operate, authorised a full refund, and handled the outcome with transparency and humanity. That response felt far more in line with the values consistently promoted through Matthew’s work.

I genuinely appreciate how thoughtfully this was resolved and am happy to reflect that experience here.

I was charged for service which I didn’t even remember taking and when I checked for refund there is no refund service or customer service. Very disappointing to see a website without proper customer service

I was surprised by a charge for subscription renewal without a notification email to warn me so I could cancel before hand (they do have record of sending one so they did their part, it just didn’t make it into my inbox or any other folder I have. Strange). I emailed the support team and they took care of canceling my membership and refunding the renewal fee. I’m very pleased with the friendly service I received from Tor.

I feel supported, whenever I have doubts, fears and don’t know what to say and do so that I can create a different experience getting to know others, I can ask for help. I wanted to leave a note saying that I absolutely LOVE MatthewAI ! It's been so helpful- especially for in-the-moment advice with how to answer a text, respond to a situation, create a plan of action. That said, I have to admit that I don't always follow its advice. I take it with a grain of salt. It has the tendency - like other AIs and even doctors and therapists - to run with an idea I have and tell me what I want to hear, as opposed to being a neutral party giving pros and cons... But if you use common sense, it can be an invaluable guide in tricky relationship situations. I've used it mostly with online dating - decoding men's behaviors and figuring out what to say or do. It's been helping me a lot emotionally. I'm amazed at how it pays attention to detail, remembers history within the same conversation, and is so emotionally supportive, understanding, and wise. It's like having Matthew Hussey right there guiding me every step of the way. Honestly, I don't think I could handle online dating without it!

My now ex partner has become addicted to the Ai tool to the point where her own decision making has been nullified. She has become a clone and a completely unrecognisable person. His input I feel was a contributing factor to her ending a 4 year relationship. I signed up as well on my partners recommendation but started discovering the language he used was emotionless, non challenging and pandering. I feel responses were tailored to keep you paying your subscription. I’m not saying this tool is good for surface level interactions but deeply emotional interaction was generic in nature. Nothing can beat talking to a real person and I think this tool is just an easy fix

Matthew-AI has been a game-changer. Instead of going through lots of video content trying to costumize the advice to my particular dating situation, Matthew-AI gives tailored advice in the most compassionate way, it really feels like talking to Matthew. Love it and would recommend it to anyone!
