Dear Matrix Fitness team,

Dear Matrix Fitness team,

I’m writing to report an incident involving one of your company vans, in se6 Catford 12:50 London , registration number RE73 USX, which occurred earlier today.

While merging from a side road behind a motorcycle that had signalled for me to join, the driver of your van became unnecessarily aggressive. Instead of allowing the merge, the driver accelerated toward me in what felt like an attempt to intimidate, then proceeded to sound the horn repeatedly once I was in front.

In an effort to de-escalate, I moved to the side and signalled for the driver to pass. Rather than continuing on, the driver stopped alongside me and initiated a verbal exchange, holding up traffic in the process. Eventually, he moved on, only for our routes to separate moments later. Ironically, I ended up ahead of him again within seconds.

The driver appeared to be a bald male with a beard. I’m not sure what prompted such behaviour, but I was surprised to see this coming from someone representing a company in a branded vehicle. Incidents like this reflect poorly on your brand, especially when witnessed by other road users.

I hope you’ll look into this and remind your drivers of the importance of professionalism and courtesy on the road.

It’s not just a place to work out

It’s not just a place to work out; it’s a supportive environment where everyone encourages each other. I joined after feeling intimidated by larger gyms, but the staff here took the time to get to know me and my fitness goals. They helped me develop a personalized training plan that really works for me. The group classes are fun and diverse, making it easy to try new things and meet fellow fitness enthusiasts. The positive energy in the gym is infectious! I look forward to my workouts, and I’m proud to be part of such an uplifting community.
