In this day and age, I check many things about a company before doing business with them. From the first meeting, Matrix went above and beyond. They took care of our needs on a personal basis and found sollutions to our needs at below average prices. To say that they have excellect customer service is an understatement. No email went unanswered and no message unreplied. They took the time to learn about our industry and the needs of our particular locations with care to outline the inherent problems. They have been very open with us and always given us frank and honest answers to any questions. So far we have had nothing but first rate service. We have every confidence in them as a company and with the team. Without a doubt, we are happy to endorse Matrix to any company large or small. We are treated as a customer and not as an account number.

We recently switched to Matrix Connect from a big MNO and we are very happy about the high standard of the services.

Matrix Connect is swift, accurate, transparent, diligent, very easy to communicate, professional and kind as well not to mention that we could cut the cost down a lot on our mobile communications.

Having a dedicated account manager is a huge plus for us as we have more than 50 connections to manage. I can talk to him within 10 sec after dialing!

We have recently started to do business with Matrix and can honestly say that they have been fast to act on all requests, provided us with first class service and have gone above and beyond the usual standard. We have had a great service from Matrix 4G, from reviewing costs to ensure we are on the right tariffs to on-going support throughout the contract period. Any query or request is dealt with straight away and resolved equally as quick. We have been a customer of Matrix for many years now. It’s an extremely diligent company that combines competitive tariffs with a customer service ethic that rates as second to none.

We wouldn’t entertain using any other provider as ours, like many businesses value these traits highly and it’s rare to find this level of service anywhere else.
