Nice return there to scam people back their money
They say they will give back all old account from funded and non funded. Getting people exited then scam people back. It is your own problem when you shut down for no proper reason, and of course you will let the customer take all the risk. Giving people discount just to take more money back?? You think people will return when you don't fulfill your own promise?? What about all the funded one?? Are you gonna fulfill the Payout or just gonna make another excuse or maybe... go shut down again and return next year?? What a nice move there.

I see that you can't find any record, we did chat on Matrisx Discord on ticket when I asked about for return account. Provide all the old account that has passed first phase and 2nd phase that has been on going, but you guys stop your activity when still going for phase 2, and I just left my account. I just asking for a Phase 2 Account, but you decline it saying I have breached, when I left the open trades on the account when you said you stopped Activity. Then you giving me Discount for buying new one, why am I need to spend more money for your own mistakes?? Nothing misleading from my perspective. Funny you thinking I want to misleading people. Good Talk.

Never ever trust this prop. Never wasting your time with them...
i have a bad experience with this prop. i have passed phase 1 of 150K account evaluation before they shut down their operation last year, and also received email credential of phase 2 account. now they are back in operation and i am demanding back my phase 2 evaluation account, they refused to give me the account on the grounds that there is no data in them. even though i gave proof of email and certificate of passing phase 1 of my 150K account. they still refused and are only willing to give me new 150k evaluation account which means i have to start from the beginning.
they disappeared for half a year without giving any compensation to their customers, now they also not willing to give my second phase pass. I demanded a refund. they also refused.
Is this the kind of prop firm that breaks promises and lacks integrity that you would expect to have a future here?
Never ever trust them, especially to their CMO with initial "OG"

I didn't demand my failed account to be recovered, and once again they lied about it all.
I've immediately stopped trading when they announced they were ceasing operations on their discord forum. and my phase 1 passing happened before they announced it. therefore I got my phase 1 passing email and phase 2 account credentials before they actually stopped.

First Impressions of a New Firm
I've been trading with prop firms for over a year now. I've experienced the ones with the worst executions/commisions/spreads/customer service, as well as the best ones. As a new firm, I can say without hesitation that MatrisX is heading towards becoming a great and trustworthy prop firm. I came to that conclusion by the full commitment of their CEOs (which are always available to discuss anything on Discord), as well as the great spreads and comissions on their platform (MT5). I had a few issues regarding some of the rules and they promptly clarified and rectified my account. So far, my experience has been great. If you want to try out a new firm (which usually gives very good discount to attract new customers) I highly recommend MatrisX.
