Before I purchased a membership, I was receiving calls almost every 15 minutes encouraging me to upgrade. I felt pressured because of the constant follow-ups. However, the situation completely changed after I finally took the membership. It has now been 6 days, and none of my calls have been answered.
I specifically interacted with Lisha Mathew, and unfortunately, I did not receive the support or responsiveness that was promised during the sales calls. Before payment, I was given a lot of assurances, but after subscribing, I feel like those promises were not followed through.
Based on my personal experience, the pre-sales communication was extremely frequent, but post-payment support has been unresponsive. I feel disappointed and would advise others to carefully consider this before purchasing a membership.

Terrible customer service. They hound you before signing calling you 10 times a day and making fake promises. After signing you realize you have been lied to. All their prospects they had furnished you either disappear or are based in a far away country. They stop answering your calls and texts. Do business with them at your own risk.

This is 2nd time I fell for this scam after saleslady RACHANA persuaded me ...I complained that these are FAKE , then she trying to sell another package to be go inbetween...I sent them a list of FAKE nos and mails registered on their site...NO REPLY....STAY AWAY

My name is Anil Kumar from Cochin, Kerala. I had taken a Gold Membership on MatrimonialsIndia.com for my son, Dr. Vishnu Anil Kumar, who is staying in Frankfurt, Germany and working as a Radiologist.
Soon after taking the membership, I realized that this website appears to be fake. I tried sending messages to many profiles, but the messages were not delivered. There was no proper way to contact anyone, and the phone numbers provided were either not working or unreachable.
Later, I checked reviews on many websites and found that several people have reported similar experiences, stating that this is a fake matrimony site with self-created or non-genuine profiles.
Now I am planning to file a complaint with my bank and the Cyber Police to get my money refunded. I have also deleted my profile from MatrimonialsIndia.com because I am concerned that our personal data may be misused.
I believe I am now on the safer side after deleting the profile, but I strongly feel this website has cheated customers and misused their trust.

I had a very bad experience with this (Matrimonial India) website. Their sales representative repeatedly called me and made false claims about the availability and quality of profiles to push me into taking a Platinum subscription. Based on these assurances, I subscribed.
After payment, the reality was completely different. The promised data was misleading and incorrect, and once the subscription was activated, the sales executive (Priyanka) stopped responding to my calls and messages.

After making several international (IDD) calls to their office, we ultimately succeeded in obtaining a refund of our subscription fees.
What is even more disturbing is that even after requesting to delete my Son's profile, the account was not properly removed, and instead we were blocked from login to the website now.

This platform appears more focused on aggressive sales rather than genuine matchmaking or customer support. I strongly advise others to be very cautious and not rely on verbal promises made by their sales team.

Stay away if you don't wish to waste your hard-earned money. Big promises but no transparency or results. This organization cares more about sales and cash flow than customers requirements or satisfaction. Disappointed that I fell for a pushy salesperson. Least they could have done is provide a refund( full or partial) to redeem themselves but it will be foolish to try and reason with a company that cares little for customer service.

Many fake profiles and girls asked money and relationships advisors also are liars .They lie that they have a match but before connecting they asked for money and once payment is done they vanished..They phone again when they will convince you again to pay ..wasted a lot of money

I paid the amount they showed me the marriage profiles for two months.
Due to my busy schedule, After eight months, when I asked them to show me the profiles, they told me to make another payment.

I had a very disappointing experience with matrimonialsindia.com. . After paying their fees, I did not receive a single genuine match. Most of the profiles on the site appear to be fake and self-created by their internal team. Despite repeated follow-ups, they did not provide any real alliances or support. Rather, they started insisting to engage a personal assistant to provide matches. This company misleads customers and wastes both time and money. I strongly advise others not to trust or invest in this platform.

Consultants are sucker for money, and stop responding as soon as payments are received.
There were 2 consultants handling my profile, and both disappeared as soon as I coughed up the platinum profile payment. Lost almost 1000USD.

The representative who contacted me Priyanka was using a personal number and initially engaged in a friendly conversation. However, this quickly turned into persistent sales pressure. Despite me expressing that I was not interested, she continued to insist, offer discounts, and would not allow me to end the call, even when I said give me time till tomorrow.I eventually agreed and made the payment under the impression that the service was genuine.
Once I explored my profile, I noticed multiple issues:
The information she uploaded of me was incorrect.
The profiles shown to me did not match my preferences, she shared profile of people from here but there not over 10 profiles, which is not my preference at all.
Because of this, I contacted the representative on the second day to request a refund and cancel my account.I made it clear that I did not wish to continue with your service.
In addition to this, I have received calls from your team at completely inappropriate hours — including around 1 AM, which is unacceptable. I have already asked for my profile to be deleted, yet none of my emails have been acknowledged or actioned.
Customer service agents appear more focused on earning commissions than providing genuine assistance, and this experience has been extremely disappointing.

This is a scam company. I got scammed

I got scamed bybthis company they promised me they will get me many matches then asked for money to have primus service but nothing afterwards no communication only one text hello sir just to keep in the loop .fake company sweet words and no substance

I recently got a call from matrimonialsindia.com regarding suitable match for my daughter. She talked to me more than 1 hour and collected what we expect. then after one week a new profile popped up exactly what we are expected. Also the groom is living very close to my city, She called me again to pay for membership fee to get the communication with them. We called our best friend in that city and enquired this. but there is no such person in that city, She created this profile based on our requirements and added one photo from internet. AI image search found that person picture taken from group picture from college tour.
Please do not fall in their trap. Its a total scam.

Totally unreliable service and fake agents best only at sweet talking. They relentlessly keep calling, sweet talk and once they earn their commission, they disappear completely. Horrible experience, dont waste time and money here!

Soon after signing up, one of their representatives contacted me and sent me a biodata of a very good-looking person, claiming he was a genuine match. I had my doubts, so I did a reverse image search, only to discover that the photo belonged to an Instagram influencer, not a real user. When I confronted the representative about it, she immediately blocked me without any explanation.

That alone shows how fake and manipulative this platform is. But things got worse — even after repeatedly requesting deletion of my profile, they refused to remove it. My photo, name, and phone number are still visible on their website months later. I even received WhatsApp messages from strangers who got my number through this site!

It’s clear that they keep inactive or fake profiles online to trick new users into buying expensive “plans,” saying you have to purchase a subscription to contact this person. In reality, they’re just using real people’s profiles without consent to make money.

This is a 100% scam.
They took $100 from me for membership,
When I spoke to the profiles, they act like a real person and want to trap you with emotional love.
They used someone else photo and said he is a doctor, living in israel currently, they made me speak to his father and asked me for $2,000 bcz he was trapped there,blah blah! this is bullshit ! this is why nobody trust indian people! Go to hell!

Just a waste of money & time. Big time fraud with all the connecting matrimonial sites to community matrimony. After taking the basic subscription, they play all sorts of tricks to take assisted service like blocking the phone numbers & pictures.Not at all good for NRI's. Assisted service doesn't care about our preferences & randomly send different profiles just to prove that they are assisting.

I’m sharing this based on my personal experience after losing money to this platform. This website is not genuine, their primary intention is to scam users, not help them find a match.
After creating a profile and downloading the app, I was unable to access it. Soon after, I received a call from their team. They spoke very politely and convinced me to purchase a membership to access profiles. However, once I became a paid member, I discovered that most profiles on the app appeared fake. The leads provided by the agent turned out to be non-functional, phone numbers were switched off or seemed to never exist at all. Messages went unanswered, and connection requests were ignored, unlike on other reputable matrimonial platforms.
When I raised my concerns, I was told to opt for a "relationship manager" who would contact potential matches on my behalf. This raised further red flags for me. I conducted some research and found several reports and reviews indicating that this website is part of a larger scam operation.
To make matters worse, I was constantly harassed with calls from their agent, Rinki Bakshi, even after expressing my disinterest in continuing. When I tried to delete my profile, I couldn’t do it through the app. I was asked to email or call. Despite emailing them several times, they were initially reluctant to delete my profile and demanded a “valid reason.” Only after repeated follow-ups was my profile finally removed.
From my experience, their main targets seem to be NRIs, and they prey on emotions to manipulate users. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this fraudulent matrimonial site.

Waist of money and time, pls keep away from this site. I am experienced person. One my native language speaker lady contacted me and convinced me to showed some profiles, that what I need .I paid Rs. 15000 and got golden membership for 3 months for my brother. But no genuine contacts , fake profiles and service also very disrespectful. The profile we need is not there.Actually, we should be taken action against this matrimonial site.Doesn't even deserve one star also .so pls don’t trust them.
