All went well, and we bought 3 bikes from Matrabike. Clear and easy to use webpage and ordering system. If there is any issue they react quickly, a responsive company. A very quick and efficient service. I love our Romet bikes. They are beautiful and, as expected, we got them their value for money ratio. I can only recommend matrabike to my friends.

I bought an e-bike from Matrabike in January and my experience was a good one. It was risky buying an e-bike online but it was worth it. What helped was going to their store in Gent, Belgium before choosing what to buy (overwhelming options). The sales person was nice and gave some insight into which bikes to buy and why (based on my options).
When ordering the e-bike, I also ordered some accessories. One of the accessories was in a wrong size and I notified them by calling the customer service (nice service btw). They were quick to fix this for me and delivered the correct size and took the wrong size.
The bike itself is a strong bike and the battery lasts quite long. I have a 522Watt battery and I only charged the battery after I've travelled 147km distance. However, the intensity of the support reduces as the battery level reduces.
Overall, it was a nice experience and a good bike.

Firstly, the store is accessible by public transport and is in the road.
Secondly, the store incharge was very friendly yet professional. He understood my needs and guided me through the purchase. He told me about the bikes and had me try whichever I wanted to.
Thirdly, I loved the delivery too. Perfect information was shared over the email and the delivery was made on the mentioned time.
Fourth, I called the store to ask if the lock was ART2? He did not need to ask anything and directly said.
So, either you buy online or from store , you receive a complete package with installed accessories and ready to use bike.
I just love it.
