I ordered a bottle of Vanilla Powder in October, and the bottle has already broken. The perfume leaks and half of my bottle is gone already. I contacted customer service to see what could be done and they offered no solution except to ‘clean the sprayer’ - which of course did not fix the broken bottle. For the high cost, I would have expected some better customer service. I was not necessarily looking for a new bottle of perfume, but perhaps a new sprayer or something! I absolutely will not be buying from them again, as I would expect better quality for the prices they charge,

Disastrous customer support! Please don't make the same mistake as me buying their perfumes from their own website. Rather support a re-seller if you really want their products.

Ordered some samples to try and they did not disappoint. Beautiful scents and of high quality

Customer service is terrible what is choking for a brand that charge a premium price range. Sent few e-mails and no response att all.
Very very disappointing

I bought 3 samples to try their perfumes. I also received a sample of their latest release.

Absolutely great presentation. Address hand written on the box of samples.

Box arrived a lot faster than what I was informed at the time of purchase. It took about a week.

The perfumes are smelling divine. Aurelien Guichard is extremly talented and I became a fan of his creations.

I cannot wait to order a full bottle of Falcon Leather and maybe Encens Suave.

I ordered a 100ml bottle of Santal Austral on on 28 June, received the parcel on 30 June to find a bottle of Radical Rose in the box…

I called and emailed and was told it would be sorted via email…

A week later I still hadn’t heard anything so I emailed and was asked for proof of having received the wrong bottle(?)

Do they not keep stock records, do they always automatically imply their customers are lying?

I have now obviously sent that picture as proof back.

However, I find this to have been such a poorly handled experience, 0% care went into packing my order and I received really bad customer service after they sent me the wrong bottle!

I did not expect this from a company that apparently prides itself in the quality of its products… very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
