Scam somehow they've managed to bill my credit card I've never heard of this company before! BS how this can happen

Wish I could give them ZERO stars. These guys are scum of the scum. I NEVER agreed to any kind of contract and yet they were able to weasel their way to charge my card $74!! I canceled my card and they were STILL able to charge. How is this site even able to exist?!?!

I was charged $.99 for a problem that was never answered. Now I have a pending charge for $74??? Why?

Will take away your money and massive amount which is ridiculous £223 have been taken out of my account and no reason explained whatsoever which is so weird and then told me they'll refund me 50% but only did £28 and then again took £56 from my account.

I did a test that is long, it takes your email and gives nothing if you don't pay...

it's trap by showing .99$ they actually charge you $74 several times and you can't even log in once you have paid and signed in, never try this

This website took from me 51,80 dollars even tho i filled the cancelation forum about a month ago my request has been sent even tho i didnt get an e-mail back i contacted you two weeks later again cuz it tried to take that 51,80 dollars and you finally replied claiming that my subscription is terminated i checked my bank account and everything was fine untill todays morning WHİCH to my surpise the only thing that lefts from my balance is 8 USD ive been trying to reach out to you the whole day and again no response

They are the biggest scam. They charged me 69.99 dollars first and then 74 dollars for renewal of the subscription. I had to spam them with mails to get an answer and they simply said “it was on our terms and conditions” when there isn’t one. They said they won’t refund me. They took my money away for no reason. And for the service the experts are not qualified and probably ai bots. They solved the questions very late and most of them were false.

I hope someone gets their ass.

They just simply took my money away from my account. I asked for the refund and subscription cancel but they still did not apply for that yet. These anyone knows how to solve this problem? Please help me.

Scammers. Company is also known as expertchat. They get you in with a trial version, don’t solve your problem, then when you try to cancel they don’t cancel eventhough they say they will. Then they will charge you large amount of money.

When you contact them they will say that according to their terms and services you must respond to all emails otherwise you can’t cancel.

Stay away, hope these people will get good karma coming for them.

They want you to e-mail them to cancel your subscription. Extremely shady.

As all the other reviews have stated, they are a scam and they don't refund nor is there any customer support. Their app and their whole system is questionable and unethical.

Took my money even though I canceled my subcsription. Better for them to give me the refund or I will sue them!!

Scammers! They do not cancel subscriptions nor do they refund or respond to customer service support
