What a scam I walked right into this one how do people like this get away with this scum of the earth minus 5 stars is about right I am getting in touch with PayPal and see what they think all these companies if you can call them that it would be great to close all these scam companies down.😡

I’ve reluctantly given this website 1 star - unfortunately, that, in my opinion is being very generous. Firstly and most importantly ~ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ~ “SCAM” “SCAM” “SCAM. Everything about this so say Company is completely FAKE, from the listings to the marketing descriptions. I decided to (dreadful mistake!) buy a Scenic Projection Light for my Grandson’s Birthday. He choose it and was very excited waiting for it to arrive. The Company has a UK flag on its first website page, giving a false impression that this is a solid, UK based company. It’s not. The address is in China!! Eventually the item arrived after a few weeks. First ‘Red Flag’ that this Scam company IS NOT based in the UK. The advertisement on this product looks brilliant and even though it was more expensive than some other brands, I did think that I was paying for a quality product! WRONG! The ‘item’ was in a clear polythene bag. A small piece of plastic that seriously looks like it came out of a cracker! was inside with some flimsy, miniature squares to put in for your light for an ‘Immersive out of this world Under The Sea experience’ SCAM. It’s a torch that shines a very blurred picture of a planet or a fish on a wall. It doesn’t move. It doesn’t look “Anything” like the website pictures!!!! and it is certainly not Immersive!!! The only thing you become immersed in, is the frustration that you’ve paid good money for an item fit for the bin!! They DO NOT offer 180 day returns if you’re unhappy. They say they can only give a return is I send it back. However….. they “Warned me” that it would cost me more than the item is worth to send it back to them. I told them also, that within a minute of using it the item became really hot and was in-fact a fire hazard. They did not care one bit and said they could offer a £5 refund?? Eventually, after many many emails, the ‘Manager’ gave permission to give me a £10 refund! I very reluctantly accepted this offer, but…. Now they aren’t responding to any of my emails??! Unfortunately, when I bought this product there were no Trust Pilot reviews? The website lies again saying they have thousands of reviews all being positive! JOKE. I left this review as I do not want anyone else to go through this disgraceful situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
