Buyer Beware

Not sure what their tea is like, very recently ordered their website generated a Enter your payment details window then went to another screen with our order number & insisted that we had to manually enter via bank transfer.
After 2 days a text message arrived with check spam emails. Surprise at payment details by seller, another with tracking details. We received the package this morning
OMG Dirty soiled packets leaving us with nausea. Sent a text message conveying our displeasure.
Received a antagonistic reply.
Buyers beware! Find another source as we have done
