Excellent experience. Had an issue with my zip on a Matchless bomber, bought years ago, and it became my favourite jacket. contacted Matchless, and they supplied me with a new zip, free of charge, after an instant reaction.
Not only a fantastic and well made product, also top service.

I recently purchased a suede Craig Blouson and have been very happy with it. Delivery was super-quick, and came in a tough box with a Matchless branded zip-up jacket storage bag.

This was my second purchase from Matchless so far, and it's been positive both times.

The suede, seams and zip are high quality throughout, and the jacket holds its appearance well (it doesn’t seem to crease or lose its shape easily, even when handled casually, gently folded etc, in day-to-day use!). I also liked the thoughtful inner snap-fastened pocket that comfortably fits my large phone.

The colour was one of the main reasons I chose it, the Chocolate Brown works nicely with a variety of shirts, especially light-coloured shirts. It makes dressing very easy. The jacket has been easy to wear with both jeans and smarter options.

Overall, a very well-made jacket and again a positive experience.

The quality of their products is outstanding (me and my wife own 7 different jackets) as the service the staff provides to their customers. It’s a brand with a design which is really different from everything else you can find in the market and the price is absolutely justified by the quality. Their company statement it’s reflected by the reality: Matchless in name and reputation!

Looks like the new management are far better then the last lot. Jacket arrived in time excellent quality, will be using Matchless going forward.

I've bought a Fokker Jacket, which was too big for me. Within hours I have got a return label and one week later I had the smaller jacket in my hands. The new size fits perfectly and I love this jacket.

The Matchless Jackets are one of a kind, cool style, super quality. My recent order just before xmas was processed super quick with delivery the next day! I did have a poor experience with the previous team, however I can say nothing but positive words with my recent purchase.

I preordered the M47 Tank jacket, from ordering to receiving was approx 7 weeks, with Christmas in between.

Any queries I had were answered promptly, and the jacket is fantastic. So happy with my purchase.

I have many Matchless pieces and my previous experience really put me off the brand. By chance I responded to a marketing email and discovered this was a new team, and hence made my purchase.

My faith in Matchless has been restored, I know many of us have experienced poor service historically, however this is a thing of a the past. If you’re thinking of ordering do it, you won’t regret it.

Buying from the UK is never easy and the dreaeded customs have their input, but speaking with, chatting with and buying from MatchlessLondon was top class and the product amazing. I bought a suede blouson and the leather is baby soft and pure quality. I need to lose a few kilo's after Christmas to make sure if hangs, rather than shapes me, but I am thrilled. Top quality.

I sent an email to customer care and Leo responded. Leo is a designer. He answered my questions with excellent detail, responded quickly, and provided suburb customer service. We exchanged a few emails. I was so impressed with the level of customer service that I decided to purchase a second jacket. Leo was the reason why.

In summary. How a company responds to its customers says a lot about its product. Matchless London is First Class!

I had a broken zipper on my Kensington jacket.Initially, they sent me a replacement zipper free of charge.Since my tailor couldn´t do the repair, I opted for the Matchless repair service.Everything went perfectly. The jacket was picked up by the parcel service and repaired in Italy in no time.

I’ve purchased twice so far at here, each time incredibly great service I’ve received. I can say the most amazing service they offer in my experience. Also the products are truly beautiful. I recommend to everyone!

I wanted a jacket that wasn't in stock for my size but Matchless made a bespoke one for me. Great communication, very helpful staff and of course the quality of the jacket is top drawer. Fantastic service all round. Highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful company. I've owned a handful of Matchless jackets and the latest order was handled with the utmost care. I look forward to breaking my new one in now that's it's colder. I believe their new customer care representatives are the best! Highly recommended!

I had been searching for a particular jacket for what seemed like years. I missed their availability yet again and reached out to customer care, asking if they were planning on offering them again. Well to my surprise they reopened the order time frame for me. Once my order was placed I had constant communication from the team. They even asked my measurements to ensure a proper fit. Once it was ready I had it in hand within 3 days. I can't recommend Matchless enough. Five stars!

DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Worst customer service. No reply to many many emails and no refund on my returns of 3 jackets. It’s been more than 1 year and nothing… keep msging them and no response.. If your local to the store show up and give them hell… they deserve worse. Horrible scamming company. They claim to be the best but don’t care about their customers at all. Scammers. Stay away. All the reviews say the same thing. I’m not the only one

Matchless Customer Care informed me: “The money is currently on hold by PayPal. WE NEVER RECEIVED YOUR MONEY. As a matter of fact, we have contacted PayPal to transfer them back to you.”

There are lies going on here now.

PayPal informed me in a personal conversation today that Matchless London had of course received the full amount, Matchless London never contacted PayPal.

Shame on you, Matchless London, someone is lying in your Matchless Customer Care. You definitely lost a customer, who owns 7 Matchless jackets.

Horrible after sales service. Be careful purchasing anything from the Munich store. They sales talk you that they are one of the best brand in business but will intentionally sold you a damaged jacket which cost Thousand of Euro and leave you hanging. Make sure you inspect the jacket or any items you buy from them are brand new and no damage inside and out. Too bad Mr Akbari was a nice and convincing salesman but totally fail in after sales service. First time heard of this brand and will never buy this brand again. They tried to say they are in par of the big high end brands out there but can't compared when it comes to quality and after sales service.
So I wrote a message to their Official website regarding what I encountered. A customer service reach out to me promise to rectify and replace the defective jacket plus a $200 coupon. I was very happy but again disappointed bec it was a lie and they never did.
Even a Chinese app "Temu" has a better after sales service than them. Maybe if I was one of the famous actor that's promoting their products they would have treated me differently. Stay away from this brand.

Made an order 60 days ago, no updates and zero replies from customer about shipping date. They wont answer any email nor phone calls. I'll have to pursue a refund through the credit card company I purchased the jacket with.

They make fine jackets, but the customer service is terrible. Emails are left unanswered for weeks. If everything goes smooth and you are shipped the right item in the right size than fine. Otherwise, need to babysit them and chase and follow-up to process a return
