I just want to say I have bought 5 headwear items from Masumi and I am over the moon with them.

The items are so comfortable to wear, so stylist and the cotton is so soft. I will be ordering more.

I am going through chemo treatment at the moment and it was The Christie Hospital in Manchester that had recommended Masumi. I am so pleased they did.

What fabulous service from the young lady that took my call. She sent me a message shortly after the order to say one of the items was out of stock. She attached the brochure so I could choose an alternative item. My new item was confirmed with the new amount. I then received my order the next door. I would definitely recommend this company

I love the headwear that I ordered. Good quality and fit. Person I spoke to was really helpful, friendly and polite. It was easy to order and delivery was very quick. I have quite a few headwear from Masumi, lots to choose from and in various colours, would recommend.

I had an issue during ordering (my own fault), but Alexandra was amazing at swiftly reassuring me everything was correct. Contact was great and the sleep hat I ordered for my sister was just what she needed - super soft and beautiful quality. I highly recommend the company and their products!

I Purchased a silk headwear for my sister and the delivery was surprisingly fast and the product was fabulous.My sister has worn the silk headwear and is totally in love with the quality, the design and the comfort of the headwear. She fully intends to purchase more headwear to match her clothes. I highly recommend Masumi headwear as it clearly shows they care about their products and the customers who may be going through a difficult time in their life.

Masumi have a great choice of ‘chemo hats’. I’ve been wearing mine now for a couple of weeks and have found them very practical and comfortable. I’m not really a hat person but I think my hats will give me the confidence I need while coping with chemotherapy and hair loss.
Staff on the phone were very friendly. The ordering process was easy and delivery was very prompt. An added bonus is, they give a very generous discount to NHS patients which means I have been able to buy a variety to suit different outfits.

I am so happy to give a five star review. What excellent service and a brilliant product. I live in the Netherlands, so delivery took, for my feeling, a long time but to be fair, that was my impatience. I sent a mail which was immediately responded to (same day) with information exactly where my delivery was.
Patience was the key, it came quickly after that.
The hats/head coverings are wonderful. Feel luxurious, beautifully packed. Really impressive.
I purchased the grey yanna gift box with three scarves and the white sunhat including one scarf. I love that I can accessorise my outfit with a pretty headcovering. Being now 18 weeks into chemo with no hair and a huge list of side effects, it's nice to feel a bit elegant or glamorous. The hats also sit beautifully and are really comfy.

Ordered x2 hats. Very pricey compared to other options but reviews were good and I figured I’m happy to pay more for the right product and service.

Delivery was good.

Hats are quite big in my opinion but desperate to be a good customer and I love to support businesses that aren’t the big obvious online monsters taking over the market,I decided I’d return 1 but could make the other work by turning up rim. Also this entire experience is awful..right…

Emails all clearly stated ‘no fee for returned headwear’ but you do pay for the pleasure of returning your expensive hat!

Customer services agreed that their message could be misleading and said they’d pay postage! I sent proof of postage, just got email confirming they will pay ‘part of it’ .,. It’s not the pennies on postage it’s the lack of empathy and profiteering on people with cancer. I’ll not go back. Very disappointed with experience. It’s not acceptable nowadays. When a summer hat is £45 you expect a returns label. Not to mention I’ve now gone to macmillan and other online retailers and got equally good products for half the price and happy customer service.

Ordered 3 items Friday afternoon knowing that 1 was out of stock and would follow "in a couple of weeks" with the other 2 expected Thursday. They arrived by Monday.... closely followed by the remaining item on Wednesday.
What incredible service. The hats: sleeping: Katia and Lola are all beautifully made and incredibly soft and comfortable.

The quality of these hats is wonderful and they're stylish too. There was a delivery problem which wasn't Masumi's fault, yet they did everything possible to speedily rectify it. To me that's the sign of a first class company. I'm going to buy 2 more hats.

Masumi Headwear offers fabulous products with lovely designs in a range of styles to choose from. The fabric is very comfortable and is excellent quality. I 100% recommend them to anyone. They also have very efficient service when placing orders.

Such amazing headpieces. Very comfy on and really provide confidence to anyone with hair loss. Especially their workout head pieces, make working out easier, with a secure headpiece on. So glad I discovered them.

The person I spoke to gave helpful advice for this my first order. Delivery was expected in 2-3 days. it did in fact arrive the next day. The quality of the headwear is superb.

I was diagnosed with cancer and now having chemotherapy, I was told I would lose my hair, obviously this is a massive below on many levels. Anyone going through the same, I wish you well.
I went through the turmoil of do I wear a wig or hats? For me I decided to try and see this out by wearing hats. Like most ladies my appearance is important to me, and it helps with my confidence. I search the internet for suitable headwear, it didn’t take me long to find Masumi. First, I was impressed by the range and styles, so many to choose from. I made my first order and was so pleased by the service, speed of delivery and my items. The hats are extremely soft so when your scalp is tender, they are very comfortable to wear. I have been back to Masumi several times and ordered more styles. I am styling my headwear with my outfits, trying to look coordinated and at least I don’t feel like a freak. I wear these with earrings and a little make up and feel I look a little better. I have also bought the extra scarf pack so I can mix and match with the plain hats. Great idea.
