I am disappointed in the pricing structure
i will purchase a particular product where the store will hold say 9 units on the shelf @ e.g. $7.98 per unit, so i buy the 9 units, the next month i go back & the same units are $8.98 per unit & i buy the whole shelf again then the next month i go back & the same product again has gone up to $9.98 per unit & i cleared that shelf again & this last time went to $10.98 per unit & No more this is why i won't purchase that product again from Masters, & am searching suppliers for a more realistic price structure. its the same thing with fixings i have been walking away feeling ripped off so i have taken most of purchasing back to a rival hardware, they do the same things on their costings too but on a much less noticeable way, i hope the new buyer of Masters will actually consider the customer first & then see a boom in business
