Rod Maldonado is a very smart businessman who uses technology to produce timely business results for himself and the client. I received a proposal prior to his leaving my home after our initial appointment. Also, Rod listens to his customer very carefully and suggests sensible alternatives if required. Everything was clearly detailed in the proposal. During the initial job, I requested that additional work be done, no problem said Rod. He is very unusually accommodating. The workers were very well trained, did an excellent job and wanting to please the client. I recommend Master Painting and Remodeling without reservation. I hope to have them do additional work in my home in the future!!!!

Very poor cleanup - no control over workers
The owner sold the job like a pro. However, when it came time for the job, he had no control over the men. They also did a horrific job cleaning up - to this day I still have paint chips all over my property. The sad thing is that he wasn't the cheapest - I was willing to pay more for a pro job but I was left disappointed.
