We decided to give our son the opportunity to take the 11+ exam even though we joined quite late in Year 5. He was performing below the level of his peers, and we were unsure how much progress he could make in a short period. Since starting lessons with Becca and her team, we’ve seen a huge improvement in both his English and Math skills. The structured lessons, access to Atom and the ability to pinpoint exactly which area needed support have all been incredibly helpful. The resources are clear and engaging and the team have always been available to provide extra guidance through homework feedback, explanatory videos, or mock exam preparation.

The most rewarding part has been seeing his confidence grow. He’s developed a stronger mindset, better focus, and a real sense of pride in his progress.

My daughter started working with Becca in May, for her 11+ exams.
At first Becca had a informal consultation with me, to discuss the challenges My daughter was facing and what we hoped to gain from their time together.
Within the consultation, we conducted a step by step progress ladder with the aim of establishing time appropriate goals and milestones.

My daughter was facing issues with exam anxiety, confidence in her work & skills, time completing work, and needed help with greater depth of maths and reasoning.

Alongside Becca teaching the 11+ curriculum, she has innovatively weaved mindset motivation, book club & weekly vocabulary into the curriculum. This not only has allowed my daughter, and many others, to get and retain up to date knowledge of the 11+ test but also boost her confidence (in herself and of her skills & knowledge), build on her vocabulary and exceed her knowledge in all areas of the curriculum. An added bonus has been to learn with and share ideas with children her age that may have never got to meet.

The biggest win for me as a parent is seeing my daughter access a community that encourages her to thrive, be ambitious and trust in herself. The biggest win for my daughter is the confidence she felt beginning, during and after her 11+ (which she just completed).

My daughter, who is in Year 4, used to find it very challenging to go through the process of reaching the final answer, as she dislikes making mistakes. She also feels pressure to please her teachers by getting every answer right. Becca has been the perfect teacher for her! From the very first trial session, Becca built a positive relationship with my daughter that encouraged her to want more lessons. Becca’s sessions are both fun and engaging, making learning enjoyable for my daughter. She is also incredibly accessible to me as a parent, always willing to provide extra support with Hannah's homework when needed. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Rebecca math tutoring was the best thing I have done for my daughter. My daughter didn’t have much confidence in her math ability.
