6 months ago I took a speed challenge and withdrew 3 times

Then I took an instant account and withdrew 4 times

Now I took the speed challenge again and am waiting to withdraw

I'm new to this prop firm and I have an account with 2500$ and still on phase one, the only thing I don't know is am I allowed to use my trading robot AI to trade for me use it in the plateform ? Because I have my strategy implementation and already backtested it and everything is good, but I don't know if masterfunders allowing trading systems made with python and machine learning tools. I would love to get your response.

⚠️ Caution: 50% margin rule can disqualify even safe trading

I successfully passed my challenge at MasterFunders without violating any drawdown or risk limits.
However, my account was marked as failed because I allegedly used more than 50% of the available margin.

This 50% rule is not applied per trade but across all positions within the same asset class (for example, indices like US500, NAS100, and GER40).
This means that even if you open several small index positions with proper stop-loss management, the challenge can still be failed due to “over-exposure.”

While this rule exists in the Terms & Conditions, it is not transparently communicated in the main rulebook or on the trader dashboard.
Such a restrictive margin limitation is uncommon in the industry, as most firms focus on real risk (drawdown) rather than margin usage.

In addition, the support response times are quite slow.
I submitted my challenge for review on Friday and only received a reply on Tuesday afternoon.
Follow-up responses also took several days, which is significantly slower than the industry standard.

Traders should be aware of this hidden rule and the extended response times before joining.
In my opinion, this does not reflect a fair or realistic trading environment.

Ich habe die Challenge bestanden, aber sie wurde abgelehnt, weil ich laut Regelwerk mehr als 50 % der Margin genutzt habe.
Diese Regel gilt übergreifend für mehrere Positionen derselben Anlageklasse (z. B. Indizes) und wird kaum kommuniziert.
Die Antwortzeiten des Supports lagen bei rund drei Werktagen.

What I love the most about this company is their costumers care service, they are quick to respond to my complain and ready to put me through, though I am ye to fund my account but to me they are great.
I will advise anyone who is making investigation on any company to make sure their costumers care are responding quickly else run

Requested a payout today and received after 19mins the fastest I ever had. Some needs 24 to 48 hours but MasterFunders only needs some minutes.

Master Funders is not my first Prop firm to work with. In my experience they're in a class all by themselves. Traders are funded in a timely fashion for passing the evaluation phase, and withdrawal are promptly processed and the draw down is designed to favor traders. As opportunities show up, I will gladly share this amazing prop firm to any prospective trader

This is a scam, they want you to fail, I don't support fraudulent companies and this one is fraudulent dont waste your 5$ coz you would never pass even on Facebook they'll never show you screenshot of people who have succeeded in their challenge or either passed their challenge, I made a 20% return on investment exceeding their 10% target, and even so I was aggressive in my entries also bearing in mind that I shouldn't hit the $500 daily loss, which my drawdown came to $330, and they said I didn't make it, should have entered a unique trade 30 minutes apart from each other, meaning they telling me if I see a potential of trying to reach their target, I must not take the opportunity plus I only trade 1 asset, so be warned and just take a normal prop firm which is recognised, which has no limitations, so you can take your time in doing your analysis, not speed trading. I do not recommend this firm from my experience.

Their support service is great; you send an email & get a reply back within a couple of hours, they're so easy to talk to & always polite & helpful.
The platform is more than easily accessible, & with the recent update it doesn't just look easier but pretty too.
I bought a $5 challenge account, & through the whole evaluation phase they were more than helpful & calming whilst I was waiting to get the account, whenever I had a question they'd get back to me, whenever I was curious they'd still get back to me. I recommend their service💯💯. & affordable prices just makes them a competition to top brokers for sure!
No doudbt in my mind, they'll soon be one of a few prop firms everybody around the world uses, so jump on the plane now before it becomes expensive.

It's an interesting prop firm, and one of the best I've had the opportunity to trade with. I passed the 24-hour challenge with a $5 account and got upgraded to a $10,000 account.

Great Company they have 10k account for & 5 dollars definitely I will recommend them
