DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This product lasted 10 months of occasional use, then stopped cutting because they became very hot when switched on and the motor stopped. I contacted the seller, and they replied telling me, firstly you have to oil the blades every 3 to 4 minutes during use. If you have done that, then you have to send proof you have had the blade sharpened. If that doesn't work you have to send proof you have had the blade replaced. If that doesn't work you have to send a whatsapp video while you are trying to use them. This is BEFORE they will even move onto the next step in getting a refund or replacement. This is a complete joke, and they know is not realistic, especially as I had told them the motor wasn't working, and changing the blades would make absolutely no difference. These pointless demands are deliberately designed to avoid replacing an obviously defective and overpriced product. Like most people I would never go to the expense of completing all these steps with no guarantee of getting a replacement as this company is well aware of. The sign of a good company is how they respond when things go wrong, enough said.

Hi Donna, I am really sorry you are not happy with the 5F blade. This is most unusual and very disappointing, it sounds like it might be running too dry or has been over tensioned. I wil happily replace it for you for a new one and arrange to get this one back or I can have it back for a full refund.
