My body is not tolerating this probiotic well at all. I am having a bad reaction. I was anticipating some minor issues, but that has not been the case for me. Diarrhea with severe cramps and cold sweats. I thought maybe I was dying.

Being new customer to your site
Being new customer to your site, I began using the product search option to locate products. I first found my beta-Xym supplement. However, when I searched for Cleansxym no product by this name came up. I tried a few more times with this search method, with the same result. So a few days later I tried to place my order by going into the drop down for "Products", and here I was able to access both of the enzymes which my doctor recommended me to get. This time I was successful at ordering my enzymes. So, maybe look into why the "search" icon/option did not bring up the second Cleansxym I was looking for.

Seems to be working… product should be shipped with educational material
Product update: thanks to a prompt and thorough reply from Master Supplements I am updating my review for this company. My husband has been taking this product a few days along with antibiotics for Lyme and it has made a difference in gut health. My request for Master Supplements is please include an insert in your package that explains this. Without me saying anything to him my husband read the bottles and came away with the same conclusion that he would be taking a useless product. He took it at my request despite our doubts. Education goes a long way…

I’ll tell you what’s disappointing… Spending over $100 on probiotics only to receive them in an unrefrigerated box. They clearly say on the bottles that the potency is only guaranteed if they’re kept refrigerated. The fulfillment slip in the box shows they were pulled from the freezer section. Why would you ever ship refrigerated probiotics in the summer in an unrefrigerated box? They were unrefrigerated for three days. So disappointed.

Hi Aimee, I know this may seem counter intuitive but we take extensive extra QC measures to ensure that you have a viable product regardless of high temps during shipping! But before I explain, please note we have a very liberal return policy if customers aren't satisfied in any way.
We have manufactured our products and shipped them the same way for over 20 years now. We store our probiotics supplements at negative 10 degrees in industrial freezers up until the day they ship. Most if not all of our competitors never freeze them after manufacturing and rather they sit for months or more before shipping out to a consumer, our clock starts ticking the day we ship and unlike most other probiotic companies we guarantee our potency through expiration whereas, other bottles will say "at time of manufacturing", which means the product can be 100% dead and they are still meeting their label claims. We put A LOT of bacterial overage in every batch to ensure you are getting the labled potecny and I am happy to share the 3rd party test results via e-mail to show this. We do recommend refrigeration upon arrival but if you can’t because you’re traveling or for whatever reason; simply keep the bottle tightly closed and store in a dry, dark place.
Additionally, here is some more ways we belie we raise the standard on probiotic quality control:
We use colored glass bottles that are hermetically triple-sealed to keep the contents completely inert. The glass bottles block UV light and they allow less external moisture contamination than other bottle types.
We add moisture and oxygen desiccant packets to each bottle and flush the bottles with nitrogen to push excess oxygen out.
By creating the correct environment within the bottle and limiting their exposure to water and oxygen, we fully guarantee that our bacteria will remain stable and potent through expiration.

Great products and stellar customer service
My local source for Master Supplements went out of business. I wondered if the company could recommend other local sources so I reached out via email and was answered almost immediately. That’s amazing! After calling and speaking with someone I decided to order my products directly from Master Supplements. Customer service is stellar, which is rare and I was very impressed. Got my products in a timely manner. Will continue to order direct. While reading the website I was made aware of products I didn’t know about. My digestive health is very important to me. I’m 68 years old and have used Theralac and TruBifido for over 5 years. My 63 year old husband uses Theralac as well. I’m intrigued by the fiber supplement and the enzymes. Will probably try them in the future.

Order was not delivered to the address I had requested. Even Double checked my order to ensure that it had not been my fault. I am not mixing you up with another company. Yes you have delivered to me before but I have two houses. I was clear in where I wanted it delivered.

Hello! I see you have placed a total of 3 orders with us through our U.S.Enzymes site, and they have all had the same Shipping and Billing address. The billing is different from the shipping, but we have entered them correctly from what we can see; the shipping label matches the address that was entered online. The last order we received was on Tuesday 5/28 and it as delivered on Friday 5/31.
I see your orders did come in through via ShopPay method so that feature may be recognizing an old address as the default but we are not able to change that on our end but we are happy to walk you through it and try to help.
