Locked out for over a year
None of the customer care service agents or the technical support staff could help me with being locked out of my account for over a year after multiple attempts of me reaching out for help and send nonstop proof and screenshots of me being locked out.
If the site had a different payment method I would definitely switch without hesitation until proven otherwise going forward

My account has been flagged inactive because I haven't used it in a year. Customer support first said I was lying, that everything is fine. Then they said I was the problem and I needed to use a different browser. When none of that worked they just ignored me and my email replies to them go straight to Spam. It's incredibly frustrating

Most support staff are unhelpful
Most support staff are unhelpful. I had an account open for years, in good standing, that was suddenly unable to login. Over a full week support did not try to fix the issue and gave me the runaround.
Good when it works, awful support when it doesn't.

I wish it could just be set up as a direct deposit to my account. Without having to perform transfers and either wait for deposit to move for free or endure losing $ to get immediately. When we are struggling to make ends meet every penny matters
