They are a fast payment service with no additional fees and gave me help along the way by sending emailing links to the information I needed to make a successful transfer. And they fully understood my need for urgency and they did all this after midnight. They are truly 24 hours a day. I want to thank MassPay.io for my great user experience on my first time using their service.

Actually easy to use love it

Once I got my redemption approved, I reached out to customer service a few times because I was new to Lucky Buddha casino but once it got to MassPay's hands the fund were in my bank immediately.

I’ve been dealing with an unresolved issue with MassPay for over 2 weeks, and thousands of dollars of my funds are currently stuck.

I contacted support multiple times, but I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what is happening with my account or a solution. I keep getting responses without any actual resolution or clear timeline for when I’ll be able to access my funds.

... I understand that sometime verification and compliance checks can take time, but after 2 weeks I expect at least a proper explanation and a clear path to resolving the issue

It’s okay, I have to use it for my payments as it’s the only one my app I’m my transferring from works. My issue is I’m from the UK, I already get taxed a percentage of pay on the app I’m moving money from. MassPay then also takes a fee to move your money. I’ve lost over £20 in total from my original pay, which is annoying because my work was given out for a set price and then it got taken away. Bit annoying you have to use this to then find they take money away aswell. Stupid feature in my opinion. Shouldn’t have to lose money thats mine in order to receive it.

The WORST customer service and response (and response time) EVER!! They don’t even look into - or escalate your issue as per your request. They don’t even deserve a one star rating.

I love how I received feedback in a timely manner when I was having issues. I was given step by step instructions and my problem is resolved. Thank you 🙏😊!

It took me years to get my money released and then months to get it where I could access it.

Mass pay tech support was able to help me with what was needed to get my account updated. They were quick to respond and helpful with getting the documents needed to be able to get everything done.

I was so stressed about using masspay. I had such a horrible experience in the past with a similar type platform (yoursafe) which turned out to be a scam and took my earnings. I can confirm that masspay is not only legit, but the entire process is pretty much smooth sailing. So relieved and so happy. Support is quick, detailed in their response and are very compassionate too which is rare. If you are hesitant or worried, don't stress. You are in very good hands.
