I attended an appointment for an injury…

I attended an appointment for an injury I experienced. I went and met with a representative Andy. Andy was top notch, very helpful, understood the problem and give me some education & carried out stretches. I've done my research prior to this and have been doing my own stuff to support with my injury. After the visit I've been doing my stretches and have been fine ever since.

There was a follow up appointment booked. I've been managing on my own and i'm back to running. I called the office to advise i don't need the services anymore. No one was there to answer my call, however, i left a voice mail to advise that i won't need the appointment any further.

A week gone by and I received an email to advise that a further invoice has been given to me for £66. I wrote to their accounts team & office and included their director to query this as I've not used their services and no longer need their services.

Time has passed by and I received another email to advise an invoice is outstanding and further charges will be added if not paid.

I'm completely disheartened that I'm having to pay this and no one has been in touch with me about this.

I'm going to pay the invoice, however, feel that I'm just paying this because I've alot going on in my life that the easiest thing to do is to just pay it and move on...

I believed this was a professional practice. This is no take away from the practioner Andy, Andy was solid and I wish him all the best in his career.

Sadly, I will not be returning to use these services again, I would recommend Andy but not physio.co.uk sadly :(

I have been attending physio sessions…

I have been attending physio sessions here for a number of years and cannot fault them! Their customer service is impeccable and I have never had a problem with appointments (even when I myself have had to cancel last minute). Karen is a wonderful physio who truly cares about her patients and their well-being. I would never dream of going elsewhere! :)

My son has been having at home physio…

My son has been having at home physio for years with this company as part of his neuro rehab program. I have not one bad word to say about this company nor the girls that deliver the sessions, despite the previous review. The customer service guys are always helpful whenever I have had to ring. Would highly recommended this company to anyone xxx

Awful customer care services

I purchased a block of sports massages with the intention of having the sessions at the David Lloyd Speke site. However, my last two sessions were in effect cancelled, since they had closed down this site, with no explanation. For the first cancellation, I was given less than 12 hours notice, and given no alternative than to attend the Rodney Street in Central Liverpool, which I could not attend. This was compounded by on the second occasion for a multitude of human error with the Customer Care Department, I was NEVER told that my appointment had been been again been moved to the Rodney Street. This meant I left an important meeting in an NHS Trust (where I work as an NHS Consultant) to rush for an appointment that was not at the David Lloyd Speke site. This was despite speaking to one of the Customer Care personnel the day before, after I had a voice message asking me to call them back; only to be reassured that my appointment had NOT been cancelled; and moreover, the Customer Care Manager NEVER stating that my appointment had been cancelled.
What has annoyed me beyond all is that despite two-days worth of multiple emails and telephone calls, NOBODY from senior management have contacted me to discuss my concerns; and moreover, now that I have lost all trust with this organisation, for them to cancel all future appointments and obtain a full refund. NOBODY within this entire organisation appears to have any consideration of the impact and inconvenience for customers that have block paid for sessions to realise that is completely UNACCEPTABLE for them to change the venue without a text message and/or voice message; nor have any empathy about how inconvenient their actions would be on the customer.
The Company has no complaints procedure identifiable on their website, which does not even have their Company number to raise concerns with their regulators. I am deeply upset and frustrated by an organisation that appears much more interested in their profits as opposed to understanding what the customer needs and/or expects. Please do not get the same appalling experience I have had; where I have still had NO contact from their so-called senior management. Appalling care and service!! BE AWARE!!

Had a great time at the Experience day…

Had a great time at the Experience day yesterday. It was ran by Elicia (Johnson) who is a massage therapist, Elicia taught us about subjective assessment, massage techniques and we applied these to pre and post event massage - which was amazing hands on experience (FOR FREE). I highly recommend the experience days for anyone who’s interested in following the sports massage or physiotherapy pathway. Thanks Elicia and Physio.co.uk!!!

Excellent Service and Great Value For Money

I booked a course of massage treatment with Physio.co.uk in November 2020 at 33a Rodney Street, Liverpool L1.
This resolved my upper back pain in only a few sessions.
The surroundings and atmosphere of the clinic are very relaxing. All the staff I met were very pleasant and polite.
I was treated by Isabelle Welsh, who was excellent and very sociable.
The service is excellent value for money.
Affordable prices for private healthcare.

I shall be returning shortly to receive treatment for an arm injury. I am completely confident that Physio.co.uk will be able to solve the problem.

Had really tight hamstrings knew I…

Had really tight hamstrings knew I needed more than just a typical relaxation massage but never had a sports massage was always put off with the bad reputation you here from people who say they hurt. I decided to bite the bullet anyway as it was probably the only massage that was going to fix my hamstrings searched online found massage.physio.co.uk I gave them a call spoke to Jacob at one of the Manchester clinics, he took all my personal details, GP details and shared my booking details. I was booked into the Liverpool Speke clinic the following day January 11th 2020 with Debbie Wilson. The clinic is inside David Lloyd’s gym, in the foyer so you don’t need to interact with any gym staff just walk straight into clinic I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception. I went through Debbie went through consultation checked a few things with my movement etc then it was down to sports massage. Was really deep but relaxing at same time, before I knew it my massage was over. Next day dlfelt a bit sore but she said this is normal to drink water water water. Anyone out of by sports massage speak with these guys really know their stuff
