Look no further!

There are a large number of opportunities to buy [masonic] regalia on line. Many are similar but with the expected price variations and availability. I was very happy for the Regalia Store to supply me with the items I required. The delivery was prompt, the items of good quality, and they have served me well.

Dear Sir,
Thank for sharing your feedback. We will certainly reassess and take any corrective measures where ever possible to improve the quality of our service.

With regards to your purchase as you placed the order for an Apron Badge and a Collar Jewel, the delivery time frame for these products is 2 to 4 weeks as these are made to order products. We have also clearly stated these guidelines our website. Furthermore, we never received any communication or order notes from you about your desired delivery deadline. You can forward us more details e.g. copy of emails sent to us or calling date etc for us to look into this as we can confirm there are none? We do supply urgent orders as well on a regular basis subject to if customers clearly communicate us their delivery deadline. If we are unable to meet the deadline, we simply do not accept the order and keep the communication clear right from the beginning.
