I just received one of two items delivered this afternoon. Initially stated 3 to 5 days delivery by Canada Post. 16 days later I received a shipment from China which does not replicate what I ordered at all and in all fairness junk. I purchased as per the writeup made in Canada and going out of business so I ordered 2. This is a total scam and please do not be fooled as I was. Almost $90.00 for something that will go out in recycling. It is absolutely shameful. Just a heads up to anyone thinking how beautiful the items were.

Bought these about 18 months ago and been fine so far with slight use and then went to use them yesterday and put them on and they just fell apart into 2 pieces from the centre. Seem to remember about a lifetime warranty but can’t find the retailer site anywhere now. Just chalk it up to not buying cheap unknown brands

These Lumi cork wedges from Maison Birch are CRAP. I'm so mad because I bought 2 pairs and spent $115! I only put 1 star because they don't have a zero stars option. I just got them after waiting 20 days and the minute I opened the plastic bag I saw that the cork isn't cork. It's a shiny plastic overlay. As other reviewers have said, they're Dollar Store quality. The fake suede that wraps around your foot is a flimsy piece of plastic that's just glued to the back. Looks like it will rip off the shoe after one wear. The bottom is not rubber, it's plastic too.

I'm dying to know if there are actually real Lumi cork wedges, so I'm going to order a pair from Amazon to compare. Several companies offer them. If they're the same crappy quality, I can always return them. Amazon claims they're real cork and they're around $22 not $49. They've also gotten pretty good reviews.

I did an AI search and it says Lumi Cork Wedge sandals are made with real cork and have "a contoured footbed for stable support and strategic cushioning." You'll break your neck if you try to wear these fakes. I also read this- "It's important to note that while products are marketed under the name "Lumi Cork Wedges", they may be sold by different vendors or listed with slight variations in the product title, like "Ousashy Lumi Cork Wedges" or "Maison Birch Lumi Cork Wedges." I hope I see a Maison Birch ad for these again on Facebook so I can leave a review to warn others.

I cannot even begin to describe how crappy these shoes are. Do not buy them! They are literally dollar store quality! They look like they were stapled together by a five year old.

Maison Birch—BEWARE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered the Lumi Cork Wedge shoes. It took the shoes several weeks to arrive. The came in a plastic bag, not a box. These shoes are defective, uncomfortable, horrible quality and nothing like the picture. As I slipped my foot into the shoe for the first time, the studs holding the shoe together popped right out. And the rest can easily be pulled out. The quality is awful; they are made of some sort of plastic and have a pungent smell. The supposed cork sole is nothing but a plastic overlay—there’s no cork at all. If you visit the Maison Birch website there are no reviews and no way to leave a review. If you Google the company, you will see they are a scam; most customers have had similar experiences as me and rated them 1/5. Beware…I don’t want anyone else to be taken as I have.

I would not have given this company 1 star but that was the lowest choice available. The shoes I received are JUNK and I feel like I could have purchased better quality at the Dollar Store to say the least. Such poor quality if I sold at a yard sale I would be lucky to get two dollars. Pathetic, I would not recommend buying from them, very sketchy company.

Zero wasn’t a choice. I don’t know about the quality of the socks but the greatest sock in the world is not worth the frustration of dealing with their delivery provider

Should not have even given a 1 star for the wedge shoes I paid $55.00 for! They are made with poor quality materials, look nothing like the picture! Also, slippery when on wet surfaces. Probably will come apart after a few times! I'm embarrassed to wear them! I don't make alot of money either! Just throughly disgusted!!!
Do not waste your hard earned money on these poorly pieced together shoes.

Is there a negative star option. The picture of the shoes I ordered look nothing like the shoes that came. The shoes were stuffed in a bag not even a shoe box. they were deformed and misshaped. This had to be the worst quality of shoe I have ever seen in my life. I was offered store credit when I asked for a refund. When I denied this, I was offered a 25 percent refund and was able to keep the shoe. I just emailed them back that it was a nice try. This is false advertisement. I will be denying the purchase on my card.

Absolutely horrible The picture of the shoes that I bought they were beautiful then I get my shoes And they are crap poorly made don't look anything like the picture absolutely horrible I reached out to customer service and they offered me store credit for the full refund of I paid for the shoes I do not want another pair of crap shoes from this crap site buyers beware this company horrible

Nothing in the shopping experience warns you that the products are Chinese. 15 days post purchase and the item that I purchased as a gift has not materialized. They also snuck a 2.50 "shipping protection" cost onto the order. I'm so sorry that I didn't read these reviews first. I will never buy anything from IG or FB shopping platforms again.

No stars. Plastic piece of I don’t know what. Shows cork bottom platform of shoe. Suede top. All plastic. It’s plastic with cork pattern. Trying to get a link for a return/reimbursement and it’s unavailable. Product product is nothing what is portrayed in the ad. False advertising. How does one get a refund??

I ordered some black platform house shoes in a half size larger than my regular shoe size. They were $50 and appeared to be very nice in pictures. They arrived and could easily have come from Dollar General and are a half size too small. Have tried to get in touch with them repetitively. No luck.

Total fraud !! Do not order !! I have not received my sunglasses and it’s been 2months ! Reached out received an email from Paul stating I would have a tracking number soon! Nothing and will not respond!!! I’m definitely reporting.. just awful

Fraud. Ordered 2 hats never came. Order was placed 3+Weeks ago.
Fake tracking number.
Do not order goods from them, they aren’t going to ship!!!

Ordered sunglasses due to there poor packaging they came broken and because I couldn’t reply back within there 30 days due to email issues and I had advised them of the issues they will not replace or refund so I advise to give this company a wide birth save your money not worth the grief

Scam. Never received product.

Ordered June 19th and as of today, Aug 13th, the product hasn't arrived. The 800 number on their site doesn't work and the email address goes to a person named Paul the keeps giving me the run around. He refuses to give a refund even though he has verified that the post office hasn't and can't deliver. Total scam. Don't waste your money.
